How to find and steal something very protected ?

OK so here's my problem:Two planets have a Cold War-like situation:Primoris and Fuego.Fuego wants to steal a baby with tremendous power inside and experiment on him (eventually using him against Primoris).BUT Primoris is surrounded by a force field that they can't destroy.How would they steal the baby?How would they figure out who he is? (another thing,the people of Primoris themselves don't know which newborn has the powers)I'll post more info if necessary,it's my main series so I have pretty deep knowledge of it.

You can't go wrong with treachery. Someone on Primoris has a grudge or can be bought. That person is in a position to find the child or manipulate someone else who is. That person is also capable of smuggling the child past the force field (it's easier to get out than in, right?) or manipulating someone who can. And once the child changes hands, that person becomes a liability.

I was thinking about the same thing and yes,it's much easier to get out.
