[up] They tried to murder French Jews/slavs/members of the French resistance et al and then they trashed Petains rep by getting him to do it.

[up][up]So in your ideal world, there would end up being only Americans on Earth.

No, in his ideal world, everyone would be forced to be American.

[up][up]Which would be everyone because most people get kind of angry at you when you're a genocidal maniac.

[up]Really? How many people really care that we killed the Indians for example? How many people care that we arguably committed genocide in the Philippines?

I thought my first post was fairly intelligent—since that would be the first reply of which speak—compared to what I should have said...

Oh. So it was.

Sorry. Post 6 kinda killed half my braincells dead. I've heard Final Fantasy villains who were less nihilistic than that.

Your replies were fairly intelligent, yes. Sorry.

I don't belive the whole world should be American, despite what some of you are saying. I don't care about the rest of the world for the most part. As long as we trade and deal with them in peace, (such as Gaddafi) I don't believe we should do anything.

Is there any reason we haven't seen a mod yet?

[lol] Angel.

And yes, ninjas, ninjas everywhere.

I just think the OP doesn't understand war in the slightest. You've simplified all the different historical conflicts with genocide involved and convinced yourself that it "works." It really doesn't.

Aondeug, I hollered for them. I don't know what happened...

In the wars against the Native Americans, we "won" because of vastly superior numbers and technology. We would have won handily without the genocide. If anything, the genocide made it take longer and cost more, because they returned the favor in kind and switched to no retreat, no surrender mode.

We had to give up in the Philippines, because they refused to quit.

Like I said, crimes against humanity simply galvanize the opposition into defiant resistance.

Why would we? Your arguments are kind of dumb and horrible. And if you're not advocating for mass murder/genocide, you really need to rephrase a lot of what you've said.

[up][up]Actually it's clear you Did Not Do The Research. First if it wasn't for genocide, the Native Americans would always have base to attack us from. Second we actually crushed the Philippine insurgency and today it's often studied. http://en.wikipedia.or/wiki/Phillipine_Insurrection. Another example of genocide working. The Roman expulsion of the Jews from Judea.

Ok, Iraq first. Killing everyone would not work because 1) the world will view the Americans as Nazi's on steroids and would be quite justified in doing so and 2) my view of grunts may be a little bit optimistic but I'm fairly sure they would not stand unanimously behind mass murder 3) like I've said before you can just pull out which is even from a cynical materialistic view cheaper than genocide.

Against genocide in general: like it has been said countless of times it just makes your opponents fatalistic and the heroic freedom fighters in the eyes of more civilized people.

[up]Yeah I agree about Iraq. In fact I think we should of never gone in, and we are better off with Saddam. But if we want to defeat and insurgency this is how.

@Cygan Angel: Like I said earlier, if you have a difference of opinion, counter his points with an argument of your own. Name-calling or deciding that an idea is "stupid" doesn't get anyone anything.
