Welcome to the main discussion thread for the Marvel Cinematic Universe! I'm editing this OP and pinning it to establish some basic guidelines. All of the Media Forum rules still apply.
- This thread is for talking about the live-action films, TV shows, animated works, and related content that use the Marvel brand, currently owned by Disney.
- While mild digressions are okay, discussion of the comic books should go in this thread. Extended digressions may be thumped as off-topic.
- Spoilers for new releases should not be discussed for at least two weeks. Rather, each title should have a dedicated thread where that sort of conversation is held. We can mention new releases in a general sense, but please be courteous to people who don't want to be spoiled.

Would anyone like to see a Secret Wars movie? If so, who should play the Beyonder?
Everybody...GRAB SCARLET WITCH'S BREASTS AND RUN!!!!
I'm a (socialist) professional writer serializing a WWII alternate history webnovel. That shot looked like SW is angrier than the other, with all the guys running away from her.
In my (admittedly sleep deprived) mind, that is.
I'm a (socialist) professional writer serializing a WWII alternate history webnovel.... I'm not really seeing it.
-shrugs- Oh well.
I'm a (socialist) professional writer serializing a WWII alternate history webnovel. This is not the RWBY thread roy, where seen thing that not there is legit way to go
"We don’t know the entirety of Phase 3,” said Markus. “But I think there is… maybe a shift toward more personal stakes, as opposed to ‘This giant bad guy is going to threaten everybody!’”
I dont think so, the Iron man trilogy is pretty much personal stakes, Thor 1 is VERY personal in how everything play, maybe the next movie will be more personal consider Strange and Black panther but that is not saying much
"My Name is Bolt, Bolt Crank and I dont care if you believe or not"Outside of OTC threads, it really doesn't make any differences.
Man, first Winter Soldier and now Civil War. Russo Brothers just know how to make good villains. I can't wait for their treatment of Thanos.
I'm a (socialist) professional writer serializing a WWII alternate history webnovel.Villian? not so much....antagonist is most acuarate, Zemo just dosent give a damn about anything but his family
"My Name is Bolt, Bolt Crank and I dont care if you believe or not"He is a villain regardless. Very grounded and sensible villain.

Sadly, no can do. I'm getting paid to stay awake tonight. It's a-well, it's not a long story, but I just can't bother. It's not a security work, I can tell you that much.
Anyhow, I wonder if Thanos knows about the Civil War.

first Adam and them Zemo...you just have a thing for villian, dosent it?
"My Name is Bolt, Bolt Crank and I dont care if you believe or not"Considering how there are only three villains I like in the entire MCU, not exactly.
I'm a (socialist) professional writer serializing a WWII alternate history webnovel.Fandango poll about which Avenger should get the next movie.
No surprise there...
Makes me sad that scarlet witch did so poorly.
I think she would have done better if the poll had offered "Scarlet Witch and Vision". I think we wall want to see that one...
She's never really been a solo character. Or at least until very recently.
Black Widow's never really been a solo character until recently either.

Make mine Marvel.I would probably be interested in a Black Widow movie if the team behind it was good. Besides Tony and Steve she's about the only other Avenger I'm particularly interested in.
She's had multiple mini-series and ongoings and even villains and supporting characters that could more easily be integrated into a 2 hour film. In fact of the two of the two of them, Wanda was by far the one who has spent more time with the Avengers until Widow started appearing in the movies.
