Been playing the game after finishing the main campaign - great fun and the final boss is SUCH an improvement over the original game. The DLC setting is also brilliant, giving a more vertical city to navigate.

You can really tell that this is their attempt at an alternative type of "Fallout" setting, one not as constrained by all the lore - Authority = Enclave; Bandits are a more diverse type of the usual "Raiders"; Rangers = BOS

The combat is certainly something I'd love to see reflected in Fallout more; and the VEHICLES. I know a lot of Fallout is based on Wastelands and vast, empty distances, but Mad Max showed you can still have bleak locales even with cars or trucks. Rage's wasteland is a bit busier, but shows you can still have all these expansive environments and interactive areas. Imagine a Rage 2 like Fallout, but with a crafting system, RPG stats and perks, but also vehicles and a settlement system (Not as micro or unwieldy as fallouts, but more akin to Kingmaker, or the Organic style of Sim Settlements)

DLC is great fun so far, really recommend you guys jumping in on the game - it's short enough to explore and take away, without disrespecting your time, the gunplay is fantastic and the plot is easy enough to follow and hardly distracting or inconsistent.
