But wait, this isn't Ridge Racer. It's House of the Dead. Remember my last topic you were actually 5 to respond and without any scores except mine ? Well, this time, it's back, but with even more grades.

Here's the concept again : you must do high-scores in Time Attack mode in House of the Dead 3, an awesome game. Don't worry, the game rewards speed AND/or efficiency in Time Attack mode. Does it reminds you anything ?

If you are a Grand Master, you are the best player ever. I'm not saying that so you can jerk off, I'm saying that because at the date of writing, no one has over 1,200,000. Actually, there's only me that got over the million.

And you know what's even harder to do ? If you get Grand Master in one game, this means you have a Grand Master provisional grade. Like Tetris: The Grand Master 3, there's a provisional grade and a qualified grade : to get a provisional grade, you take your best score. To get a qualified grade, however, you must add up your 10 best scores and divide everything by 10.

Most people just aren't interested in high scores these days. I consider just surviving to the end on as few credits as possible to be the end goal with these games.

And with the death of arcades, there's less reason to aim for the top score slot, since you don't even get the miniscule bragging rights of having three letters at No.1.

Don't take life too seriously. It's only a temporary situation.

I like the idea, though. maybe if I get enough practice, I'll get back to you XD

There's still some interest in this type of game, in the form of "beating the game as fast as possible" or "beating the game without losing a life". What I wanted to do is making a competition thread for all of the House of the Dead 3 players, but then again, barely anyone plays that game.

As for Schitzo, okay. You can already post your score if you want, i'm not judging you.
