Even revolutionaries need their coffee, though.
Optimism is a duty.I love the TV tropes quote which perfectly encapsulates my feeling on Unity. Something like, "UNITY is about a Frenchman who doesn't have an opinion on the Revolution, which is a bit like a New Yorker with no opinion on 9/11."
Author of The Rules of Supervillainy, Cthulhu Armageddon, and United States of Monsters.Pretty accurate.
Particuarly since his opinion on the revolution, on the days he chooses to have one, shift mission to mission. Even more so when he gets thrown into the Multiplayer Missions. He might be championing the revolutionaries for "Fraternity, Liberty, Freedom!" in one mission and then assassinating them the next and then leading them in a march on Versailes after.
It makes no sense.
I didn't know the multiplayer missions had a storyline. I thought it was just a random stabfest.
Optimism is a duty.It actually would have been better if it hadn't a plot.
Since it means like 2/3rds of the story is unavailable.

Author of The Rules of Supervillainy, Cthulhu Armageddon, and United States of Monsters. The Challenges of the Gods are back again, and now you get all three at once.
Optimism is a duty.
Nice. I only got the game a few days ago and was wondering if I was permanently going to miss out on those events. Do you have to be max-level to participate in those? I'm sitting at level 31 presently.
I am continuing to enjoy my time with the game. I find the side quests interesting and very...authentic. One of the things that I enjoyed is how believable Bayek's characterization and motivations are.
He is unequivocally a product of his time as he is deeply religious and spiritual.
They manage to do this without it seeming weird. One thing I dislike about period pieces is when they make their protagonists espouse weirdly modern perspectives.
You don't have to be level forty or fully upgraded crafting-wise, but you're going to have a hard time if not.
The fight will take forever and you'll run out of ammo. A lot.
Please level up and finish crafting.
Say to the others who did not follow through You're still our brothers, and we will fight for youWell running out of ammo isn't that bad, the fight literally shits ammo bags all over the field.
I used the composite bow. I literally was shooting them too fast to replenish in a timely manner.
Say to the others who did not follow through You're still our brothers, and we will fight for youPick a composite bow with faster shooting and health on hit, if you have one. You'll be firing as fast as you can hit the trigger, and you'll generate health off of each hit like crazy. I only went critical once for all three gods. That perk really makes these challenges a cakewalk.
I think I'll be adding that one to the gamebreaker trope in YMMV.
Optimism is a duty. The Composite Bow IS the bow with the vampire ability. The category it's in is "light bow" which really ought to be renamed "Machine-gun bow" for how fast you can shoot with it.
Sniper bow, Machinegun bow, shotgun bow, and rubbish bow.
Oh my god, I've been playing an fps with an Assassin Creed over it the whole time
Say to the others who did not follow through You're still our brothers, and we will fight for youThe FFXV crossover quest is also out. Disapointed the Chocobo mount is a modified camel (They didn't even remove the camel's real tail under the Chocobo tail!)
If you got all three weapons, re-fight Anubis will give you the Anubis costume.
Wasn't there supposed to be a fourth god to battle first before you get the costume?
Optimism is a duty.Doesn't seem so.
I don't think the "Chocobo" was ever intended to be an actual chocobo, just a camel dressed up like one.
And its not even all that fast. Too bad mounts only come in two speeds, horse and camel.
Also, let's all laugh at all the reviews calling a camel a horse...
I'm not really sure how we are supposed to take this little sidequest, really.
I got the three weapons and refought Anubis, but no outfit. Not sure what the above poster did, but it doesn't seem to work for me.

Optimism is a duty.Weird. I got it today just by re-fighting Anubis (I had completed all the previous fights, so already had the three weapons).
Dunno if it affects anything but I also had all three items equipped at the time? Try that or Try fighting the other gods?
I will say, the FFXV quest is pretty shitty product placement. I got no idea who the dude in the quest was. Or what the floating mech dragon (I'll assume it's Bahamut) was or what he did to it. Or what it was all about. None of this makes me go "I want to play fFXV to know more." it's more "Uh, well that was weird."
I did have a laugh that the Hieroglyphs by the Obelisk shows FFXV characters instead of Egyptians (Based on the Anime hair and them wearing trenchcoats).

Yeah, I didn't really get that "puzzle" either. It just opens up at certain times of the day, and then you shoot a blue glowy thing a few times to activate it.
Funny thing is, I came across this very ruin a few days ago and was wondering what it was, since it looked so unusual.
I tried, still doesn't work.

Optimism is a duty. The mural explains it: It lights up when the shadow of the Obelisk is in any of the three positions marked on the mural (The shadow hits the 1st, 3rd and 5th pillar clockwise). You need to shoot it 15 times (as in FFXV)
As for why you're not getting the costume... no idea o_O
Maybe you cheated, somehow?
Got a screenshot so we can see it?
Optimism is a duty. Not at home. But here◊
It's honestly kinda blerg. Zombie Jackal Man thing.

That explains that, then. Still a little odd, I'd think each weapon is tied to a specific god, but oh well.
Optimism is a duty.FYI today is the last day to get Black Flag free on PC on Uplay.
Its actually $8, not free.
He should have lost that cafe when he got ousted from the Assassins right?
Also it shouldn't even be successful in the first place right?
"I am Alpharius. This is a lie."
