I don't think there's a floor to the efficiency of reversible computing, but also AFAIK, there isn't a Turing-complete reversible computing model.

That is, computers that produce the absolute minimum energy permitted by physics might be appearing soon. These things are about 1 billion billion billion times more efficient than the thing you're using now.
