Create supertrope and Spear Counterpart?: Sailor Fuku

I work inner city middle school with uniform policy. Make it a Useful Note, and let it link to the same supertrope, but it is People Sit On Chairs.

Is anything going to come out of this?

Can't it just be called Sailor Uniform or Sailor Suit? I know what fuku means but there's really no reason to call it that, Asian trope or not.

that would make people think Donald Duck would be an example.... He is not, and this is the term used for it, as well as that is not the topic here.

Do we want a crowner for this? I mean there have been several contrary suggestions here.
