No, You fight the Anti-Spiral. They just change things up.
My guess is they didn't want to do TTGL due to well...yeah. I think its obvious why.
Because the thing is the most bloody overpowered mecha known to man and would take up the entire map anytime he appeared?
Yeah. A fight like that would have either been a one-on-one fight, or they would've needed to give the entire cast Tengen Toppa versions.
..Tengen Toppa Shin Mazinger?
I could get behind this.
You know,. Now that I think of it...thats possible. Remember, back when Lordgenome was a spiral warrior, half his teammates piloted Ganmen that highly resembled a lot of other mecha from other series.
Maybe they could recover those designs.

Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann is up there in power
The Getter Emperor is too.
War god Demonbane and Elder God Demonbane are stronger though. Unicron is probably stronger, too.
Maybe with stronger Hardware, Banpresto finally might star tot use Demonbane mecha and characters.
and also use Diebuster.

Watch SymphogearNono alone would be awesome.
INAZUMA, DOUBLE, KICK!
Imagine that being done with Nono's planet sized Diebuster form and Chouginga Gurren Lagann together as a combo attack.
It would be really powerful.

Watch Symphogear
or even better, have Nono survive the events of Diebuster long enough to bring back Gunbuster itself.
Imagine the sheer badass of Diebuster and Gunbuster teaming up :D

It would likely be so awesome the final boss of the SRW game would explode in sheer terror.
People are expecting Z3 to be very space heavy which would have Diebuster & Gunbuster make a lot of sense, not to mention the 00 movie.
Hell, that could also lead to TTGL's end and even Getter Emperor.

so basically, a spiritual successor to Alpha 3?
Also, if we're getting deep space, I totally demand Vandread >.>
Vandread so needs to be in a SRW.

Hell, why not. As long as Fire Bomber plays the final boss theme again.
They are in Z2:2. So thats very much a possibility.
Course, doesnt if have Macross frontier as well?
In that case, the final theme might be Fire Bomber with Ranka and Sheryl thrown in. (I DEMAND THIS)

Fun fact. Basara is the only person in the universe to make Chirico smile.
He finally moved that mountain with his music.
Also Basara has an awesome line I saw from Nico Nico. "Lets go Sheryl, Ranka! Listen to my...LISTEN TO OUR SONG!"

There's finally new info on 2nd OG... to be released on Winter.

Finally, it's been a while since I heard anything about that. The trailers made it look real good so far, so I have high hopes for this one.
New Picture For 2ndOGs
Hey, I'm starting to think here...
What if all SRW OG series got English dub cast? Who do you want to voice who?
For instance, I think I'm always imagining Sanger to be voiced by Troy Baker...
I really hope that gets an English release. I'd even be happy enough if they left the actual dubbing in Japanese and just translated the text.
I know. I'm just wishful thinking. I'm fond with both sides, West and East.
So yeah, I'm probably building up my dub cast list soon...
I just bring up the keeping the dubbing Japanese thing because it worked well enough for Muramasa The Demon Blade and it would probably greatly reduce the localization costs.

Hey, the policy works just fine in Warriors Orochi 3 so I'm fine with 'no dubs, subs only'. I'm just trying to do the 'dream dub cast' thing for fun...
Please tell me I wasn't the only one to see Rishu piloting a Grungust in one of these pictures. Also, there is, aparently, a mecha made with the Alteisen's arms, Gespenct's legs and the Weissriter body. Weird.

Then what to what point of the story does Saisei-Hen cover? My guess is up until right after the Rossiu arc.
