Sword in the Stone is about artefacts that recognize The Chosen One.

YKTTW "legitimancy" is the magical power to recognize The Chosen One and convince many Others. The examples are Gandalf, Obi Wan, Dumbledore and Giles.

Rather than launch a whole new trope, it might be simpler to expand Sword In The Stone to include both artefacts AND people who recognize etc.

The advantage of "Legitimancy" being a separate trope is that it is such a cool word, being a portmanteau of "legitimate" and "mancy" = fortune-telling.
