I'd say get her Just Dance, if she explicitly wants that one.
I figure that if you get her a different dancing game, she'll like it, but she'll probably wish you'd gotten her Just Dance.
But that's just my opinion.

Here's the story:
My niece's 9th birthday is coming up and my mom is giving her a Wii.
My sister texts me saying that my niece would like Just Dance for her birthday.
Now I've played Just Dance at a party before and found it fun, but I was wondering if there were any other dancing-esque rhythm games on the Wii that might be better.
