Motion to pull
Very poor example, if it even is one.
There has to be something decent of the Hulk that will work for this.
I vote that it is an example that's easy to understand. Don't pull until you've found a better one.
Modified Ura-nage, Torture RackVote to pull, it's pure text.
Fight smart, not fair.Motion to pull
"badass" doesn't anything in after used end fail be fine. That's four in favor, one against.
Fight smart, not fair.Four in favor two against. I say leave it up till we get something better.
Maybe a picture with a non transformed person with the gaint transformed person and a lampshade caption?

Please.Vote pull.
If I want to read a block of text explaining the trope, I read the trope description.
Eh, don't think Trunks is a good idea. The Giant Monkey form might work better.
Fight smart, not fair.I was thinking that too but its hard to tell they are the same person unless someone has a clip of the transformation and can take a mid transformation shot.
Sparkling and glittering! Jan-Ken-Pon!Eh, I think there is some post missing somewhere. You guys are talking about Dragon Ball, I assume? Bad example. They are explicitly using magical technological clothes that don't rip off. This trope is more about normal clothes that, for unexplained reasons, are not teared off when they should.
Btw, you guys should check if there is a reference to the picture in the examples when pulling it. Just removed it.

This is a good picture, though it would work even better if Banner would wear a shirt that gets ripped.

It's not working for me even when I hit Enter on the link.
Yeah that one works!

It seems to be working now, I like it. Upload a copy would you?
Fight smart, not fair. Now that I look at it again, the computer-added beige background in that image really bothers me. Here're◊ some◊ other◊ pictures◊. Also, the amount of badly drawn she-hulk nudity that shows up despite the safesearch filter being on is frightening.
This implies, quite correctly, that my mind is dark and damp and full of tiny translucent fish.here's a lampshading, but it still might be too much text.
EDIT: Then instead of "than." That'll have to be fixed.

Either 2 or 3 works for me, provided they resize well.
I really like [1]◊.
Fight smart, not fair. This one◊ is also good.
That's the one I like best so far because we clearly see the shirt ripping apart while the pants magically expand.
Rhymes with "Protracted."The problem I have with that one is that it's too dark and too "busy" (i.e., lots of linework), and I don't think it'll look good when shrunk down. The previous one would be better on that score.
There was a gag/lampshading in the Hulk comics once (somewhere in Peter David's long run on the book), but I can't track it down. Basically, Banner needs to buy clothes, and the shop is having a sale on "stretch purple pants with reinforced seats" or somesuch - in other words, precisely the sort of pants he once wore.
I can't track down the panel online, though, or identify what issue it was from.
