Dude, with DJ occupied at the moment, it's kinda our job to move the story along. I don't mean do massive world building, but at least do the journey or something. Actually, Draco, a post by you would be best, since Andre hasn't done anything for a bit.

Currently it'd be awkward to segue dialogue from Elanor here, so she's being impassive

I know it's obvious but I might as well point it out, Elanor's gonna need to sleep pretty damn soon. I went and read the whole RP from start to finish, and she's gotten like what, 5 hours of sleep total in 2 days?

Hey, I'm back. I'm not quite ready to get back to roleplaying again; I haven't really been in the mood. There's been stuff going on lately, and it's complicated. But it'll be a few more days before I'm fully able to kick into some roleplaying.

It just occurred to me how much of a mind screw sleeping is in the roleplay. The bodies are vegetating in an induced coma, thus the body isn't active, and so the characters technically don't need sleep from a biological point of view. And yet their minds are fully conscious, and are tricked into being active in a virtual world, so the characters' minds would be tricking their bodies into being active and consuming energy, thus causing them to feel fatigue. And yet the unconscious bodies are actually in an induced coma, and not doing anything. So the characters feel exhaustion and need sleep, but the bodies don't need sleep because the characters are in a coma.

Problems? From time to time my window says TV Tropes is forbidden, apparently it's probably because the site requires you to log in (at least, that's what troubleshooting says). But for me it's not necessarily everytime I post, more like sometimes when I refresh a page or google TV Tropes.

I'm not so occupied now, and I'm in a better mood for roleplaying, so I'm ready to start playing again.

Posted what may become the start of a new character development arc (and introduce some much-needed Nicole/Damien {or Nicole/Anyone, for that matter} interaction). Basically, Damien's reached the point (through lack of sleep, stress, etc,) that he's finally realized he's been following the orders of a civilian. Which doesn't sit to well with him.

Edit: Might wanna hold off one posting up a storm though, since I'm out for about 8 hours or so, and Both DJ and I will need to be on to make it work.
