What's wrong with the speech bubble? It helps illustrate the trope, and in fact makes it unnecessary to do any sort of two-image thing.

I'm starting to think so, although I think a lot of the proposals are analyzing this into the ground.

except for that is not quite this trope... its any crossdressing in a good light, usually meaning a perfectly convincing crossdressing. (Akin to Its A Trap Meme)

Also, as for the trope itself, it needs some fixing with its descriptions. Anime-centric my ass - Bugs Bunny have been doing it years ago.

I would say a rabbit dressing up as a female human just to screw with a guy isn't really in the spirit of this trope.
