Universal Language has zero wicks. I don't see how it would be a problem (although I'll wait anyway).

When I was YKTTW'ing Common Tongue, someone suggested adding the redirect Universal Language, which currently points to Esperanto The Universal Language. Thing is, I don't know how to do that, and forgot to ask. So...how do you do that?
