(I at least want a prize for the dumbest topic title D= )

Some time back I went and started to write a crossover between Discworld and my yet unpublished original fiction. If only too see if my world has gotten too similar to the disc.

Now I ask you: Am I crazy? Would you do such a thing? Should I continue the fic? (EDIT: I should perhabs link The bloody thing, if I'm already asking for opinion on it and the topic in general...

Only if you publish the original fiction.

At first I didn't realize I needed all this stuff...

I plan to. But the fanfiction is unrelated and I never intended to use it as 'promotion'. Because that would be utterly stupid, impudent and respectless.

I recently entered a crossoever-themed roleplay using a character from my original fiction, as well as a character I'm a fan of. It's actually quite interesting from a character dynamic standpoint, and I'm having a lot of fun with it.
