Please don't make yourself throw up. If you're feeling bad, try going to sleep or going to the doctor, but making yourself vomit doesn't make anything better.
@OP: DO you have any idea what brought on the nausea or nervousness? Were you drinking, or eating anything? Does the dizzyness get worse when you stand up or when you lay down?
It's most likely a panic attack, so make time to see your doc. BTW, don't make yourself throw up.

Just as a general rule of thumb:
Never, ever, ever ask for medical advice on the internet at all, much less here. If you need to ask, you should either talk to someone you know IRL or just go to the doctor to be on the safe side.

Well, I didn't need to go to the emergency room. I eventually calmed down. I know you're supposed to wait a couple hours before, I really had trouble because I thought I was dying, even though I was aware it was probably a panic attack. I know it was a panic attack, esp. since I spontaneously started bawling too. I finally threw up (accidentally) all over my bed. 
Anyway, I wouldn't have asked for advice on internet, but I wasn't in a particularly sound state of mind.

This might be too personal but sorry. I am feeling really weird right now. All of a sudden I have become nauseous, kind of dizzy and unsteady, and really jittery. I tried forcing myself to throw up but I wasn't able to much. My heart is beating extremely fast. Should I go to the emergency room? Any advice, help? I feel so, i think it might a panic attack.
