I'd like to create one using a Genesis Emulator. I've got Fusion, I've got a Cam Studio...
And I'm using a headset microphone to record my voice. There's one problem, though... I can only record one at a time. Should I record the gameplay first, and then record the voices in separate occasion or should I do them both? If I have to do the latter, then how do I do it?
