I think this was posted some time ago, but it was in a far less advanced state than it is today.

First of all: the link. http://www.filedump.net/dumped/untitled21298901034.pdf

Again, I'm dreadfully sorry to have to put it up in PDF format (I hate it as much as you do) but it's somewhat reliant on a number of formatting tricks which are, let's be honest, much easier to preserve in PD Fs. But enough about the relative merits of data interchange formats.

Now for the story. Let me summarize.

It is 2011, seven years after the thrilling conclusion to the Fifth Holy Grail War (far too awesome to be pictured in a low-budget post like this) and twelve years after the termination of the vampire Roa's reincarnation cycle. The Holy Grail was, again, destroyed (funny how often that happens. you'd think there was something wrong with it) but as things turned out it was not entirely over. For what is this but a Sixth Grail War, to be held in the West Saharan Montane Xeric Woodlands of southern Algeria, far from human civilization. I believe this was done to reduce the civilian death toll. (KOTOMINE, I'M LOOKING AT YOU) This will be a desert war, between seven Masters and seven Servants, competing for the one and only Holy Grail. But you know how this works, right?

Unfortunately for the contestants, it's never that simple, is it? For seven Magi (correction: six Magi and one talentless freeloader with a familiar family name), things are about to get quite interesting. In this war, everyone's got a hidden agenda, and when you take into account things like the sudden prevalence of firearms on the battlefield, the Burial Agency hiring a renegade Russian Magus with a liking for watermelons and the 'Narrator' baton being passed around like it's a drug cartel's money, nothing is as it seems.

To tell more would spoil things, suffice to say that pretty much everything you read in the first 30 pages or so is misleading in one way or another. Don't lend money to our narrators.

Now, so far no characters from F/SN or Tsukihime (yes, it references both, plus a lot of the side material) have actually turned up in person yet, but they will.

Here's a one-sentence spoiler:

"Possible application of a modified Heaven's Feel ritual for counter-Dead Apostle Ancestor operations."

Oh, it features a considerably higher focus on human technology and the interplay between that and magecraft. So expect to see Servants and Noble Phantasms mentioned in the same breath as FLIR optics, UAV drones, thermobaric warheads and field-programmable gate arrays.

I'll stop gushing about it here. Anyway, I need some advice about how things are going, because I'd like to know what changes or improvements I could make before I go any further.
