I bought the volumes all out of order—I somehow forgot to buy the first, so...But what i have read is very good! ^^ I wonder what kind of ending it'll have.

Not as dark as the manga but very emotional and touching. I think a great deal of the characters are more lovable, especially Meroko who was too bitchy in the manga. >_>

Oh, I remember watching this way back. I started running a side bet with myself about how horribly they were going to screw over Mitsuki, and I've got to say, they were meaner than I was. The scene of her crying over Eichi's grave really punched me in the gut.
...........yeah, that scene still makes me tremble-cry. It's pretty heart-wrenching. ;_; Even though I don't like Eichi. XD The way it was executed was like "wow".
after Meroko's voice-actress died of cancer few months ago,now Takuto's VA has died in a tragic traffic accident.
That's just all too sad of a coincidence...
Y'know....it's that cute tear-jerker show with the little girl with throat cancer and the two grim reapers and the REALLY AWESOME MUSIC? XD
Older but it's still my favorite anime AND manga series to this day. If there are other fans on this forum, please speak up! :D
