Bomb Rush Cyberfunk? No it was absolutely baller, rave reviews and fans adored it. Huge modding scene for the PC version. Which means that the new game has some serious competition
It came out. It was pretty damn solid. Great music. A bit too much like JSR to be honest. Like, for better or for worse, it feels more like it came out in between the original and Future and not two decades after. Haven't beaten it yet but it's really fun.

Good average on Metacritic, overwhelmingly positive reviews on Steam, and at least two streamers I watched play this game found it rad :o

That's a relief to hear.
Never trust anyone who uses "degenerate" as an insult.I admit I have a soft spor for this because it come with my Xbox so it was more or less the first game I play.

You can't kill art.I had a really weird experience a few months back. I was at a Macy's and as I'm walking by the perfume section, I'm hearing a JSF track. I think it was Electric Tooth Brush.
It was just... surreal hearing a song from that game out in the wild. At a department store of all places. More than two decades after the game came out.
