I would be played by that guy who plays Raj in The Big Bang Theory.

I would be played by Bill Bixby and everyone would love me.

I would play the guy who gives the main character all the devices that I make for him/her

I would cameo as a pizza delivery man who accidentally connects the first server of TV Tropes.

Does anyone try and unplug it?

I'll play the Ad-Bot who is actually the villain, despite getting all the revenue for TV Tropes. But who will order pizza from said pizza delivery guy?

I'll play some random background character that ends up being a minor Ensemble Dark Horse for no reason.

I'll play the Man Behind the Man. But it turns out I have an F in Evil, which is why the Big Bad is Genre Blind.

Nah you see, the people who have come up with the idea for TV Tropes are sitting there, waiting for the site to go live. But something's wrong.

And then, me, a pizza delivery guy, with a knowledge of servers, effectively plugs it in.

The people next door could be having a party, and they order pizza, and I knock on the wrong door, or something.

The beginning credits begin to party-goers ordering pizza as football goes on in the background and Pizza D. Guy drives to their house. Then, the beginning credits end as Pizza exits the truck, and he then slips on a puddle on the way to the customers' house, gets disorientated and heads next door to the customers.

He rings the doorbell, and has a conversation with the owner of the house (to be written up later) and stops when he notices the owner's (Whose name is Fast Eddie of course) friends trying to start a website by fiddling with a supercomputer in their back wall (Note this is not nearly how TV Tropes started, this is a movie you know.) Pizza asks if he could help, he used to own Microsoft before Bill Gates started looking good, and is invited in.

Pizza presses a few button (drawn out), and plugs in a huge plug. Suddenly, the 4 computers arranged in a half-circle near it go white (one having MS Paint Adventures before it whitens, and the others have cameos too, all ones made after 2008) as we pan out and show many many people going "Hey, what's this?" and such, discovering TV Tropes, the Earth showing up completely as the movie title appears to grand music.

Sounds good?

THAT IS AWESOME.

Also, if anybody wants, I can get up a story board based on that, but it'll look bad because I don't have a mouse here (and I'm using a Mac).

Yeah, some form of conflict is needed. I'm thinking something with The Other Wiki, but that's prob'ly too obvious.
