Slide to a stop and lunged at Felis again.

"'Mere Felis-kun!!"

She was persistant. Zap rubbed the back of his head and looked to Spiny.

Zap: (Sorry it was an accident... you scared me)

Contact static was a bit intrusive at times.

Zap: (Do you think Mezzy is asleep, like in those stories?)

Rex looked to Every, pausing her hunt of Felis for a moment.

"What do mean? What was there to explain?" What indeed. She shoved another candy into her mouth.

Mezzo's asleep, and you're LOOTING HER STUFF? Why would you even—

-Felis runs into a corner to hide from Rex (and Charybdis)-

Sunny: <Like those old stories where it's true love's kiss that wakes her up? Well, we tried that last time and it didn't work...>

Copahue and Harriet take Shahinne to the (still open) window of Silent's room.

Copahue — <Errr...> — peeks in — <Hello?>

Maekrite -turns, tilts head — <...WHAT>

After a few moments, Crewe drags a blanket from one corner of the room and a pillow from the other, and climbs into bed, not bothering to change clothes or even take off her glasses.

She curls into a tight ball, pulls the blanket over her head, and draws herself once more into the Mindscape.

"Well...maybe there is somemon else for you."

Treeo: *Sniffles.* <No there isn't. Harriet was the only Pokémon for me. And now...> *Sobs.*

"Hmm..." *Thinks.* "...Well...how about that Charmeleon we met back in the desert?"

Treeo: *Looks at me.* <...>

"From the short time we spent together, it seemed like you really liked her."

Treeo: *Looks awkward.* <Not in that way.>

"Even so, wouldn't you like to see her again? No use letting a potential friendship die like that, no?"

Treeo: <I...I guess we could...>

-Smiles.-

"Cool. I think Tangent got some people from the PEFE to take the Fire Pokémon back. Perhaps if we hurry, we can catch them before they leave..."

Rex blinked at Every.

"And...your point...?" She did not understand their point, at all. Pops another candy in her mouth and drops down on all fours after Felis, tail in the air.

Zap: (But maybe this time it will work because Mezzy knows her true love?)

Zap tapped his paw to his chin.

Zap: (Or maybe it's a curse?)

(to Zap) Well, it's almost certainly a curse. The problem is that I can't break it!

-slumps in a corner-

Sunny: <Well, you could ask Butterscotch. He was the one who put her to sleep last time.>

Butterscotch: <Stop talking like this is my fault.>

-Felis backs into a corner, hair standing on end-

Felis: <Don't come one step closer...>

Since no one in the room is answering besides Maekrite, Copahue moves away. He sees Shahinne sleeping on Harriet's head.

Copahue the Fearow♂ — <Geez...>

Harriet the Honchkrow♀ — <Copahue, let's try the door, perhaps we can talk to somemon else?>

The Fearow nods and guides Harriet to the nearby entrance.

Inn

Kim: *wandering around, being followed by Youko* Rex sure took things pretty hard... I hope he's alright. *thinks for a moment* Maybe I should call him.

(to Sunny) It doesn't look like it is his fault...but we can't figure out whose it is, and we can't do anything about it...

Sunny: <Don't worry. I know we'll be able to wake her up.>

Zap: (I hope so, Rex is devastated....)

he looked over to his master who did take a step closer...than lunged at Felis.

"You will be pretty!! Rawr!"

Zap: -sweatdrop- (Devastated...)

-clings to Sunny-

But nothing's working...

-carefully ignores Rex(F)-

Felis: -pounces on Rex and starts clawing at her-

Sunny: <Then we just need to keep trying until we find something that does.>

-hugging Sunny like a teddy bear, starting to cry again-

But what if nothing does....what if she's stuck like this...

Sunny: <Don't cry... we'll just keep trying until we find something that works. That's all.>

-Has just now managed to get to Mezzo's room-

-Yes, I am being very slow, but I am extrodinailly tired-

Man...sounds like some major drama is going on around here...

<Walks into the inn, looking about>

Any idea what's going on?

<Infernape: Gives him the "Are you stupid or something" look>

Yeah, let's just...get some sleep.

-hears Pentigan outside-

Is today just "invade Every's room" day or something?

Kim: *also happens upon Every's door since it is indeed "Invade Every's Room" Day (Mark it on your calenders, people!)*

"Rrraaah Felis-kun so mean!" Curled herself into a ball and rolled away from the Liepard.

Zap: (I am sure we can help, but you know the heart is very strong, perhaps she will wake up when ready?)

Zap was always calm and understanding of situations, though he was blindsided when it came to his master. Rex rolled to her full standing height, Mezzy's dress stuffed in her hoodie collar and scratches all over her face, hands on her hips.

"If I was around Mezzy wouldn't have gotten into trouble!"

Well hadn't she said earlier she was around? Was she merely watching and let thing simply happen? One could try and blame her, but that certainly was impossible! She pleads the fifth quite often.
