I mean, this world and its counterparts seem like someone took a pure Pokémon verse and stitched pieces of other worlds to it, but everything remains mostly stable. But you, you and your counterparts are just as foreign to this place as I am. Who exactly are you?

I don't think he's with the Red Talon, or any of my other enemies, but it never hurts to be careful.

I am a bit of a multiversal sojourner yes, from since I was ten. Sometimes I travel alone, other times with others. I guess you can think of me as a sort of multiversal guardian.

-Shadar may notice that the mysterious figure seems to be suppressing a large amount of power, but even the power that manages to leak out is very large indeed, if near imperceptible to those without some sort of energy sensing ability-

-A rift opens up, and out comes a pair riding on a skidding motorcycle. The one riding as a passenger screams as the bike spirals into a wall. A surge of energy washes over her as they collide, but otherwise both of them look perfectly alive and uninjured.-

Amy Tyrian: Oof... that would have been so cool if we actually knew it was happening.

Tanya Delphi: For a portal-out-of-nowhere situation, I'd say this one turned out just fine!

Amy: I guess so, but... y'know, I would have liked to look badass doing it, y'know? Y'know?

-Tanya chuckles-

Tanya: I guess. Shame the other two didn't get dragged along.

The screams of the soldiers devoured by locusts, reduced to ash by flame and light drown out your claims of mercy."

-He looks at Sholto- "I usually only act in self-defense. I am acting to save my world, Sholto. I will pay for any sins I have committed, but I will finish walking the path I have started first."

-He shakes his head and looks at ???-

"Interesting. I sincerely doubt it matters to me, seeing as my world has guardians and champions of all stripes for it's defenders."

-His eyes gleam red- "Though... You... your existence. It interests me."

-He holds out his arm as if to ask Sholto to stop using him as a perch, and starts slowly walking in a circle-

"I have not lived this long, gone through this much, without learning how to size up potential threats. And to have reached a stage where I can feel that power is... amusing. ... In my world, no, in our multiverse, I have accumulated many titles. Sunderer of the City of Brass, Slayer of the World Eater. I am Shadar. I am the Shade Warden. I am the most powerful warrior in the multiverse."

"Tell me, little guardian, what would happen if I was deemed something needed to be guarded against?"

-Daeris glances over at ??? for the first time, looks him up and down, and notices the same thing Shadar does.-

Daeris: "Interesting. Also interesting..."

-She tacitly ignores Shadar, as she has no wish to start a fight and get herself killed, which is where this is going.-

If we're sharing titles, among others, He Who Travels Paths, Demonslayer, the Raging Torrent, Sword of God...

-And he holds out his hand, a longsword forming with a wink of light. While it doesn't look particularly ornate, even someone who knew next to nothing about swords could tell it seemed astonishingly well made, and as he takes on a battle stance, it starts exuding a horrific amount of power, enough that the space around him seems slightly warped-
