-Blitz, well, F!Blitz is wandering around Hearthome bundled up against the cold while a shiny Ralts in a floppy green hat follows along licking at an icecream cone-

F!Blitz: "How can you eat that out here anyway? Aren't you cold enough already?"

Pipit: <But it's taaastyyy>

-Lick-

-F!Blitz headshakes as they continue their walk. And after a while, she starts fiddling with her phone-

I wonder if Maria's got any other digs planned...

...

-She dials Maria's number-

-Nothing. Only voicemail-

-Blitz leaves a very brief message then hangs up-

F!Bliz: "Hm..."

-With a sigh the phone is pocketed, and Blitz continues the walk-

"Well, guess I'll have to find something else to do..."

-Hearthome-

-Mitch walks out of the Pokecenter with coffee in hand-

-The short pink haired girl continued wandering around with her hands in her pockets until nearing the Pokecenter, unfortunately the shiny Ralts wasn't paying as much attention to where they were going due to focusing a bit too much on getting the icecream out of the cone he carried until bumping into Mitch, dropping the remaining part of the cone at his feet, possibly on a shoe-

Pipit: <Ah!>

F!Blitz: "Oh, Pipit... careful"

Pipit: <Sorry>

-Hearthome City-

-Mitch looks down at his shoe, then at the ralts, then the trainer.-

Mitch': ...Don't worry about it, things happen, I've been meaning to get new boots anyways.

Vulcan: <Thanks for the snack by the way.>

-He starts licking off Mitch's boot.-

F!Blitz: "Well, there wasn't much of a snack left"

-Blitz chuckled at the mon licking the icecream off Mitch's Boot-

"I don't think you'd really need new boots just because of some ice cream though? But thanks"

What mon is Vulcan again?

Mitch: Oh, it's not the ice cream that I'm worried about, its the fact that a adult Camerupt is licking my boot. I can smell the rotten eggs already. Anyways, whats a young lady like you doing out in weather like this?

Vulcan: <Besides providing delicious treats of course...>

Vulcan is a Camerupt, Heph is a Rhyperior, and Ismo is a Timburr

GM House

Jason:How in the world did I get lost coming here. Lordy, this ain't Sinnoh. No glitches here. Yeesh!

-Knockanoknoknoky knock-

F!Blitz: "Ah, didn't think of that, heh... Mom and Dad have a Camerupt back home, guess I just got used to the sulphur scent"

-She shrugged-

"As for me? Just stretching my legs and walking my ralts, really. Was going to see about digging with a friend of mine, but I guess she's busy or something"

-Said Ralts tugs on Blitz's sleeve and waves at the others-

"Oh, right. And this is Pipit"

The GM House

-The door swings open, revealing Deziree, covered in oil, grease, and with a lock of her hair smoldering.-

Deziree: Oh, hey there Jason!

-She apparently hasn't noticed the hair thing yet.-

GM House

-Jason blinks-

-Thrice-

Jason:Hi...Dezi...

-Beat-

You...look busy.

-Beeeat-

Dare I ask what?

The GM House

Deziree: Just working out the last few hitches in my new - patentable! - fusion hovercraft engine!

-Dune walks by, waves to Jason, sees Deziree's hair smoldering, licks his fingers, and pinches the smolder to put it out.-

Deziree: But I think I can guess why you're here! You want your arm.

Mitch: "Nice to meet you Pipit, these are my companions."

-He points to Heph, Vulcan, and Ismo, who is currently behind Heph's leg.-

"Here's Heph," -the Rhyperior, who noticeably has a metal horn instead of a normal bone one, grunts. "He's not very talkative."

"Here's Vulcan, who apparently has finished his meal."

-Vulcan raises an eyebrow-

Vulcan: <Hmph, it would've gone to waste anyways, better someone eats it.>

Mitch: "Anyways and here's Ismo"

-he points to the Timburr behind Heph-

"Digging eh? Sounds pretty interesting."

GM House

Jason:Well, yeah.

-He smirks-

I'm still kinda curious how it's...me-proofed, by now. Hehe.

The GM House

-Deziree makes a weird face and tilts her hand back and forth.-

Deziree: Eeeeeeeeh... it's kinda hit or miss. Okay, follow me, this is easier to show than explain.

-She turns around and beckons Jason to follow.-

GM House

-Jason blinks, shrugs to himself, and follows-

F!Blitz: -To Vulcan's comment- "Well we wouldn't want that, would we?"

Pipit: <You've got a bunch of big mon, you must be a really experienced trainer!>

-He smiles under his bangs-

<Nice to meet ya!>

F!Blitz: "I haven't done a lot of digging, Maria's the treasure hunter, so she has a lot of experience. Helped me find a thunderstone last time"

Mitch: "Hmm, I sometime get requests to shape things people find in the Underground, and a treasure hunter you say? That must be a rather... adventurous profession."

Vulcan: <Oh, he's not much of a trainer, instead we help around in that forge of his.>

The GM House, Workshop

-Deziree leads Jason into her workshop. She opens up one of her wall panels and reveals a matte-grey finished prosthetic arm.-

Deziree: Alright, now, couple of weird things with this arm.

-She grabs the wrist and squeezes. The arm, from shoulder to forearm, springs outwards. The palm of the hand opens wide and the fingers splay outwards.-

Deziree: First off - the venting system. This will keep your arm from exploding at the shoulder, which would be most unfortunate. There's a pair of pressure plates, one on each side of the wrist, that you need to manually compress to open up the vents. For closing them, all you need to do is "clench a fist", basically.

-She wraps her fingers around the splayed digits and compresses them, and the arm shrinks back to a more compressed form.-

Deziree: I'm still working on a smoother interface where you can do it with just a thought, but that's taking some time. Aside from that, while the arm is in venting mode, it also not NEARLY as structurally sound as it is when compressed. So please, please please please, do NOT try and take a blow with it in vent mode, or you might end up with it like how the prototypes ended up.

-She takes out a remote and clicks it, and one of the other wall panels opens, showing an arm that honestly looks more like a heavily abused piece of plumbing pipe than an arm.-

GM Workshop

Jason:Oooooooooh~

-Blink-

-He sees the other arm-

...yeah, let's not let that happen.

Deziree: Yeah. Now sit still, this might pinch.

-She grabs Jason's shoulder with one hand and shoves the arm onto the bare shoulder mount. It does, indeed, pinch. Kinda like pulling a nosehair. Only, you know, like a really big one. Attached to your collar bone.-

Deziree: Code Talker was right, that mount was a great idea!

GM Workshop

-Ga-CHINK!-

-Jason proceeds to make the world's manliest noise-

Jason:Ga-HIIIIIIIIIIIIII!

Deziree: Good! Means the artificial nerve endings connected properly. I'd be much more concerned if that felt anything close to "good".

-Sky might notice that a pair of violet eyes has been spying on him from the doorway since his little squeal.-

-Jason takes a few moments to flex the new appendage, then turns to the source of the staring.-

Jason:Ah...hello there.
