It sorta reminds me of something that could be put up on Newgrounds, which is kinda sad. But like they say, just because you're game was made in Flash doesn't mean it can't kick ass, and this game proves it. The shootemup fun lures you in, and the trademark self aware humor is what keeps bringing you back.
There comes a time when one must decide: should I set that on fire, or not?

Who's That Flying?! was released on the PSN a couple of months ago, and just came out on Steam earlier today. It's a horizontally-scrolling shoot-'em-up developed by "Mediatonic", some tiny British studio I had never heard of until now. It's pretty interesting. I couldn't tell you the last time I played a commercially-released shoot-'em-up that wasn't developed by the Japanese, so it's nice to see another game in that mould.
I haven't finished it yet because I can't figure out how to beat the 4th boss, but I'd still highly recommend it if horizontally-scrolling shoot-'em-ups developed by tiny British studios are your thing.
