Fan fic help

I've had this idea for a fanfic for a while. Can I get some feedback if this is a good idea?

A crossover between Pokeomon Mystery Dungeon and Fullmetal Alchemist? It would be after the final episode of the 1rst anime. Intead of being transported to Germany, he is flung to a devestated world in the far future, and must work together with a chimera (or, what he believes is one, which is, in reality, Grovyle.) Cue the rest of the events of Explorers of Sky. The catch is, as Ed progresses through the plot, he regains his memories gradually, and with that, his alchemy. In combat scenes, I suppose he could use alchemy as a move, but it would take up a move slot as usual. What do you think?

The plot would progress normally at first, with Ed as the amnesiac hero at the story's begining. however, as he progresses through the storyline, especially the Dusknor saga, his unique personality would make some minor changes on the storyline. His memories slowly return, and with it, more and more like his old self. Eventually, he recalls Alphonse (after the Primal Dialga battle), and becomes desperate to find him. After some research, he begins searching for Palkia to take him to Al, since he is the god of space. Of course, we know [[Darkrai what]] (or whom) interferes with our heroes at this point.

Seriously though, if you've got the basic idea down, why not start writing the first chapter/part/whatever?

Here's another concept:

Desonstructions of genre steryotypes, when it comes tp fanfiction. For example, in a Kingdom Hearts high school fic, it would take place after 2, where the characters are back at school again. However, they remain completely in character, and retai their canon powers. When the Sue comes in, she immediately latches onto Sora, despite his protests. She also antagonizes Kairi for nothing, calling her a bitch simply for standing up for Sora and pointing out flaws in her logic. This eventualy escalates into Sora getting a restraining order gainst the Sue. Seeing that she can no longer be with her "one true love", she kills herself.

Another concept would be a High School AU fic. Axel would still be madly in love with Roxas. The problem. He is actually STRAIGHT. Much to his suprise, he is ostracized from his peers for not liking other boys, and for refusing to participate in relationship dramas. Axel would have to learn how to deal with realistic problems, such as the fact that the world does not revolve around him, and just why he needs lube so badly.

An addition to those previous ideas: how to deconstruct the Abuse streryotype. For example, the moment Sora (or Riku) finds out that the Sue is being beaten b her parents, he actually calls 911. Or, considereing these characters, they might take matters into their own hands. After the abuser is dealt with, the Sue is actually UPSET that her source of angst is gone, and that she has lost her chance to seduce the male lead via Hurt/Comfort.

Also, to poke fun at the constant FF cameos in these fics, the characters would constantly appear at random in Destiny Islands, via a space/time rift created by the sheer Suishness. Also, Sora and friends would always try to bring up their adventures with one another, only to be yelled at by the Sue for even talking about "un-sexy Disney characters." Eventually this becomes too annoying for them, and they simply begin ignoring her. The sue, snce she is an attention whore, is distraught at this, and would go to terrible lengths to get her goals.

We could expand this entire idea into a whole series of fanfics. My idea for them? What Would REALLY Happen. We would only make fun of specific , especailly notorious fics. We would also do some for genre cliches as a whole. Any thoughts?
