Dorkus wins, Dorkus wins, Dorkus wins.

The song was "Drivin' through the Night" from Ikki Tousen's first season.

Hint explanation: The manga is based on the chinese novel The Romance Of The Three Kingdoms, and Spain, England and France all have had kingdoms, and all were named, at some point, Kingdom of Spain/England/France. The heart is becuase of the romance part.

Okay, but why Spain, England, France? (Unless you're referencing another set of three kingdoms...)

EDIT: Guessed as much. "Caught in a Bad Romance..."

Spain England and France are past provinces of one kingdom, I think. Then the Gauls, Normans, Saxons and Gallic tribes came in and beat the hell out of Rome.
