How many boxes do I have to buy before getting a staged quest to find another box, which may or may not drop a third box that could have a purple block in it?

OR is every box just going to have a piece of paper with a Cryptarch quote in it?

Also I lost the link but apparently one of the lead story writers for Mass Effect Andromeda left Bioware and has been picked up by Bungie.

Bioware must have some real rough shit going on internaly to loose both the dragon age and mass effect ones.

Andromeda is supposedly coming out by the end of this year. There's a good chance all the writing is done and this won't affect the game any. Or that something awful is happening at Bioware.

I'm torn. I'm excited because this means good things for Destiny but I don't want them to happen at the expense of Mass Effect.

You can't find any patch notes because there are none. Bungie has said they won't be publishing any.

So my mom's boyfriend got me the 360 version of The Taken King for Christmas.

I'm now a level 40 hunter, and I finished leveling up Bladedancer, now working on Gunslinger. Also finding it frustrating trying to complete the Earth portion of The Taken Wars (nobody ever comes into the Rocketyard in a group) and that Overcharge 3 quest.

This is why you want the smartphone app. Forum recruitment solves a myriad of problems.

Someone talk me into or out of Fabian Strategy.

Not the military tactical maneuver, the titan only exotic auto rifle. I like it, but it's signature perk is on a lot of other guns. (Crowd Control)

It sucks.

For every thing it can do, Zhalo can do better, as can Hard light...

Or probaly about half of the legendary auto rifles.

It's signature perk is Front Lines.

Recoil control, accuracy, handling, and rate of fire all increase whenever an enemy is close to you. It's magazine size also increases if you reload with the perk active.

It's damage does drop when the rate of fire goes up though. It changes archetypes completely.

At a distance it's a well balanced medium rate of fire assault rifle and when somebody gets to close it changes into a extremely accurate and low recoil weapon with the fastest time to kill of any primary except for maybe The Last Word.

Basically it's a slightly better than average assault rifle with one hell of a panic button.

No, it does not, the perk just bumps it up a fire rate catagory.

It LOWERS the damage in responce to upping the fire rate, making the TTK stay the same.

Which is why it sucks.

Edit: The only reason it seems good, is too many people remember year one, and dont know how good bullethoses got with TTK.

Tip, they absolutely fucking melt people now.

It changes archetypes entirely. It changes from an 8/88 rifle to a 2/100 rifle And the 100 rate of fire assault rifles have the fastest time to kill of all primaries right now.

That's why Doctrine of Passing is so good.

Yes, which is what I said, it lowers damage for that boost in fire rate.

It is NOT better then any legendary in the same category.

Where as both Zhalo and Hardlight have stats ABOVE there catagory.

I'm keeping it. I think it'll grow on me.

Now someone talk me out of Tlaloc. The exotic scout rifle, not the Aztec deity.

Normally I'm not a fan of non-automatics, but the "hang onto your super and it's a better gun" perk intrigues me.

Voidwalkers and Stormcallers will get less out of it, since they're all about raining down death with their supers (Bad Juju and other top-tier exotics are generally a better bet there), but it's incredibly nasty in the hands of a resurrection-specced Sunsinger.

Hooray, finally unlocked the ability to have more than 1 Shattershot at a time.

There is nothing to talk you out of, while your super is up, it is by FAR the best scout rifle in the game.

So I take Tlaloc for a test drive.

Without my super charged:.....eh. It's an OK scout rifle. Not a fan.

With my super charged: I AM CALLED CHARLES, SLAYER OF EVIL! KNEEL BEFORE ME AND I WILL MAKE YOUR DEATH SWIFT!!

One final quest exotic, and no one needs to talk me into or out of it. Because I believe in omens.

Once I completed the quest and turned it in, a certain song came up on my playlist. That's an omen. I keep it.
