Someone talk me into or out of Dragon's Breath.

It's changed a hell of a lot since last year and is basically a whole new gun.

Basically the rocket is just a delivery method for a canister of napalm. The canister will pop out when the rocket explodes on impact or in midair if you push the trigger again. It'll take some practice to get that canister where you want it to go but once you do learn how to get it just right the Dragon's Breath is monster.

The area it affects is huge and the damage it does is far greater than the old solar grenades. And for some reason the AI is much less inclined to try and leave the napalm field than any of the other area suppression methods. Dunno why but it makes things just that much nicer.

Bungie gave us a bunch of strange coins, buy it if you feel like it and try it out. None of the armor is worth buying this week.

Except No Backup Plans. They used to be shit but now with them on Force Barrier procs on shotgun kill. Pair that with maxed out strength and maybe Monte Carlo and you're looking at endless overshields for your Titan.

The AI can't leave the napalm field because of its massive stagger effect. Very useful, especially if you're packing the Taikonaut.

Wrong, it is not pressing the triger again.

You keep the triger HELD when you fire dragons breath, releasing it like a normal gun will just kill yourself since it detonates on release.

Oh, yeah don't kill yourself in a torrent of napalm.
