So now he's in what's purportedly the worst level, difficulty/frustration-wise, in ASMWCP.

Been taking it pretty well so far. But yeah, Jesus Christ. Some more midpoints, some more power-ups...? A bone, Riolu. Throw it.

Wow, Zephyr Manor has cool aesthetics and an interesting gimmick, but as today's video shows, the actual implementation is horrible.

At least we got a Special Guest Appearance from Post-Production Raocow.

What? We have an actual thread for Raocow? O joy! O jubilation in my large drawer of cashews all just sort of sitting there underneath the expressway! Who knows what sort of infamous laundromats we shall encounter as we go on boldly into the unknown future of asparagus!

Seeing Black Plague in ASMT was like ten kinds of Christmas in a handbasket.

You two are really good at imitating Raocow's writing style. In fact, my working theory is that Counterclock is Raocow.

I agree with Zudak that there needs to be a level mixing wind and Phantos. Oh, and homing bullet bills.

Orite, I forgot about the homing Bullet Bills. I knew there was something I wasn't remembering. Yeah, there could be a bit of fourth wall breaking with all of Raocow's worst enemies teaming up to defeat him.

I agree that "Seeing Black Plague in ASMT was like ten kinds of Christmas in a handbasket" is very Raocowish, but the other stuff not so much...

And maybe throw in Boss Bass at some point as well.

Am I the only here whose playing of Mario is actually affected by Raocow? When my friend and I have done co-op play on the old SNES Mario games, I've found myself making some very Raocow-esque comments on occasion, using the same sort of speech patterns as he does. It also means that I keep referring to enemies by their proper names, amazing my friend, who is not familiar with Raocow and thus doesn't know how I know them.

[up][up][up]Yeah, my style of Word Salad is not quite the same as the infamous mister French Canadian guy.

[up]I get weirded out when I hear anyone call the football guys "Chargin' Chuck" because I just think of them as Football Charlie now.

I use "oh man!" a lot.

I'm starting to use ah, voyons! and simonaque! also.

While that's not quite how Raocow speaks, I do find it very easy to imagine him saying it.

...In fact, giving it some thought, I now don't think I can read it without hearing it in Raocow's voice unless I make a concerted effort not to.

Yeah, I think of the Chucks as Charlies now as well. In fact, I think you'd be hard-pressed to find anyone who likes Raocow who doesn't. It's a better name than the canon one, really.

...and now I will leave you to all your grotesque marzipans.

EDIT: I'm also really tempted to start using simonaque, but I haven't really been playing anything recently for which it'd be appropriate.

I think the "laundromat" bit was the most Raocowish thing.

I remember in one guest appearance he made in another person's video, he commented on how there are lots of people doing "LOL RANDOM" humour in their L Ps, and how much people don't like it, and then saying that he doesn't understand what makes his "random" humour well-liked, and others' hated, when he's not really sure what the difference is.

It's an interesting point. What is it that makes him so popular? The voice?

I actually know one of the guys who helped work on ASMT. He goes to the same school anime club as I do. It was amazing talking to him about the game. XD

To return to an earlier topic, I loved the end of MKM2. Raocow himself said it best: "a twist so "dark"...it's rather hilarious".

Was that the one where he had to fight evil Luigi?

I also vaguely recall dismembered Toads.
