I was wondering if the issues from that also contributed to the hiatus.

Not sure if backed by actual evidence but from what I heard, Overlap is awfully lenient with release dates, hence the changing gap in-between volumes starting from Vol. 8.

She’s one of the recurring side characters. Googled her and her name has apparently been revealed to be Honne Nohotoke.

Thank you ! Wow it is amazing you can find her, all the IS characters seem to be wearing similar uniforms 😅
