Pokemon Special/Adventures

White's a civilian. White runs her own business, actively promoting and looking for job opportunities herself rather than hiring others to do it for her, and I don't see how she would have time to train Gigi in battling. Not everyone in the Pokeworld has to be into Pokemon battling. The existence of contests and performances show that Pokemon can like things other than battling. That's how White got the idea for Musicals to begin with; when she was a kid, she saw that Pokemon can like to perform. Her actors look like they enjoy performing. Hell, after the first Musical was over, people and their Pokemon were just hanging out together enjoying each other's prescience and attention.

However, it does seem that Gigi is the only Pokemon she has on her the whole time. I assume that her other Pokemon actors have actual trainers who do other things with them. Her other actors are probably satisfied with their lives, but Gigi's the exception, especially seeing how she gets the most jobs.

Even if N has a point in that White should've let Gigi battle now and then, the one Pokemon she had on her for at least a year ditched her for the crazy guy that previously attacked them and let her fall off a considerable distance. Damn if that isn't traumatizing.

Still, the question that N kind of brings up is "Did Gigi like just performing? Would she like to do something else, like get stronger?" White was so wrapped up in what she thought would be great for her and all pokemon, that she didn't take it into consideration. This isn't to say White was in the wrong, she just made a human error (though N would probably put it that "she was using pokemon for her selfish human purposes"). But her pokemon shouldn't get so much hate either 'cause it has it's own perspective and it leaned closer to how N saw things.

But yes, I DO feel very sorry for White for being put through that.

So I got back into Adventures... two volumes into the Yellow Arc, and although I extremely dislike Yellow I'm enjoying the Arc. Read the first volume of the GSC Arc and I'm looking forward to getting to that, it looks really good.

Where can I find the hartgold and soulsilver chapter?

I couldn't find HGSS either, I don't think it's released yet. x_x And I love Yellow, one of my favorite pokespe chars, although that might be because I really like Reverse Traps

Well, I've got raws of the last chapter of HGSS's magazine run here and some more of its chapters in Chinese here. I also update /a/non's volume releases when he releases typo fixes, so that's cool. Ideally, you should read the series by downloading it from the current scanlator's site directly. But, if you have to either read it online or link to it on here, you should use either Otakuworks or my site, because everywhere else has these weird watermarks that make me want to strangle people.

That had the potential to be a really fun chapter....

But it came across more as painfully drawn out excuse for N to abduct White than anything else.

I don't get why people think Elsa is so hot. However I do respect it going to someone with a small chest. However I think he definitely does not have back.

Skyla's pretty damn awesome here, delivering the cargo and tossing in an air show to boot. Pity this is the only shot of her we have.
