Well, she did say she was one of hell's most powerful wind demons before she left(and she isn't the type to boast), which would explain Hakka's reaction as well.

page is the same one from the demon height chart Hakka and Nikkei came from, also I think Iratu's line about seeing things his way connect to Sakido leaving hell for "personal reasons"

I think it isn't supposed to, this version is a lot rounder and goofier, berserk mode that you should be worried about is all sharp angles and edges.
Despite my screen-name, ranting to you about One Piece is not my top priority.
It could be a case of Art Evolution but considering this art commission (which looks totally badass by the way) is in the current art style, it could be an intentional difference.

While the older berserker formers were sleeker this is scary is 'forced into a horrific shape' kind of way.The fact that demons with multiple murders to their name are backing away suggests they feel the same.

Also using Lazuli for scale this berserker form must be enormous , this combined with the thicker limbs suggests that the strength potion made this form even stronger than his "normal" berserk mode.

He looks like his body is being warped and contorted by the potion in very painful ways.

It comes down to if they look up to Sakido, look down on her, or if she just generally scares the crap out of them. (My money's on the former.)
