It's the logo of TT The Bear's Place, a bar/rock club I used to work at: Once we learned the place was shutting down, a bunch of us went out and had it done, and due to connections with a particular tattoo artist it was for free. It's sort of funny, the other day I noticed one of my new coworkers had the Timberland symbol on his arm and I was musing to myself about how weird it is to have a company's logo for a tattoo, when I realized I sort of have a company logo tattoo.
