I've heard of this, I've never seen it in my own playing though. It is randomised.
... what is it mean to be anyway? Another dream?
A Yume Nikki? Huzzah!
I believe the strangest thing I came across that I could never get repeated while actually walking through a random wall that send her back to her room in the waking world. The strange part of that was that it still had her still sleeping on the bed.
L-l-look at you, hacker. A p-p-pathetic creature of meat and bone, panting and sweating as you r-run through my corridors-s. H-h-how can youI've never heard of this one (and I go to Uboachan rather often). In which world were you?
The neck-twisting incident happened to me one time. Many people seem to think it's a bug, but knowing RPG Maker, I highly doubt it.
People aren't as awful as the internet makes them out to be.The neck-twisting is actually a random occurrence, not a bug. I don't think I had anything new or glitchy happen to me, though I did encounter the octopus balloon on my second screen in the White Desert.
It was on one of those bright neon colored levels.

Has anything particularly strange happened to you while playing Yume Nikki before? Something beyond famous incidents we all know, like the Uboa trick. It's quite an open-ended game, there's always going to be something new to explore.
Anyway, my sister finally got the game working on her laptop, and after waking up from her first dream, something weird happened - Madotsuki wouldn't stop facing her head in a different direction then her body was. It didn't seem to affect anything or serve any real purpose, it went way after she fell asleep and woke up again. Is this just a randomized happening? (which the game is full of) I have seen numerous playthroughs of the game and never saw this.
