I believe that there's room for improvement for my dialogue, so I posted an excerpt for a quest mod that I'm doing for Oblivion. Please tell me what you think of it.

Davina.

Female Redguard in her mid 20s. A member of the Imperial Legion back in her homeland of Hammerfell. Spent three years pursuing a dangerous criminal by the name of Joel Redcroft all over Tamriel.

Joel Redcroft

Male breton in his 40's. A dangerous psychopath. Wanted in multiple provinces in Tamriel for multiple counts of murder, burglary, and [censored]. Eventually escaped to hide out into the Shivering Isles, where Lord Sheogorath almost immediately gave him his blessing and allowed him to proceed into the rest of the realm.

Scenario: Davina has come into the Shivering Isles right after the gatekeeper was killed. After days of searching. She finally finds Joel in some ruins, where they have their final confrontation.

Joel: What’s this? An old flame? A blast from the past?

DAVINA: Hello, Redcroft.

Redcroft: That’s The Assmaster to you now. I figured that It would be more fitting, considering what I… do to people. Heh, heh, heh. Sheogorath gave me his blessing for a reason, you know.

DAVINA: Still as deranged as ever, I see.

Joel: And I see that you still have that stick up your ass. I thought you were another one of those obnoxious Knights of Order. Bastards think they own the place. But I think you will be far more satisfying to kill. Exactly how long has it been since you started searching for me?

DAVINA: Three years. You of all people should know that, Redcroft. I admit that you’ve managed to evade me, sometimes narrowly. But you were lucky. Unfortunately for you, your luck ends right here, right now.

Joel: Haha. Yeah, I did have a good run these past three years. But now your perseverance has paid off. For you have cornered me, and I have no where else to go. Quite a pickle that I’m in. What am I going to do? What are YOU going to do, my dear Davina?

DAVINA: Why must you ask questions that you already know the answer to? You know what I plan to do! I’m going to bring you to justice! I’m going to make you pay dearly for all the people that you hurt in order to fulfill your sick, sexual desires. No one, not even you, can escape the reach and the might of the Imperial Legion!

Joel: Rousing speech if I do say so myself! But admit it. You just want revenge, don't you? This is personal. It was personal back then, and it still is, isn’t it? I’ll bet justice isn’t your first priority. This is all just one big quest for revenge.

DAVINA: You don't know me, fiend, so don't even attempt to!

Joel: Your quest for revenge is what fueled you to pursue me all this time. I left you with nothing that night, nothing but your thirst for revenge, with gratuitous amounts of rage thrown into the mix. Now here’s your opportunity to fulfill that thirst and quell that rage, oh fair maiden!

DAVINA: Grrr… Don't mock me!

Joel: Oh, god, your sisters looked at me that exact look. Before I… mmmmm…. mastered their asses. Hehehe.

DAVINA: You shut your mouth! Leave my sisters out of this, [censored] it!

Joel: Ah, a shame I never got to know their names. I really liked the way fought for their lives as I plunged the knife into them, over, and over. Their screams, slowly being gurgled as they drowned in their own blood. It was music to my ears.

DAVINA: SHUT UP!

Joel: Amongsts their begging for me to spare their pathetic little lives, They called out your name a few times! “Where’s Davina! Save us, Davina!” Hahahaha! But you never came! Until it was too late.

DAVINA: AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!

At this point, she charges at him. That's pretty much all I have right now.

This is great stuff, it definitely seems to be leading up to a final showdown. However, with that being said, it does seem a little too long to be realistic. I kept expecting Davina to attack him while he was ranting.

Davina blowing up is a bit too abrupt. The way I was hearing it in my head, she sounded calm and dangerous, and then abruptly switched to screaming. I think you should make her get gradually more agitated, unless you're trying to suggest that a certain statement hit her Berserk Button.

If I'm asking for advice on a story idea, don't tell me it can't be done.

It doesn't really sound that in-universe to me. It depends on what mod you're making of course.
