Those are minor differences, and after all if you're comparing two different stories then they will obviously be different. We're not saying that they are the same thing (obviously) just that the similarities are uncanny.\\

What I am saying it's TOO different. Jessica has completely different character and backstory. ONLY common thing they are females with special powers support protagonist.
Fremens are tribesment if first place, they might not like people from differen't planet but there wasn't much hostility untill whole that messiah thing.
And emperror: I might remember that one wrong, but I don't think he was particulary evil. And in first place he definitely weren't relative of Paul.
Ect... As I said you can pick any fiction on this planet and draw out as much of such superficial similiarities.
