It was said before that the time dilation would be inconsistent. My guess is that Sarah is getting distracted, and doesn't realize it's been a minute from her perspective.
I don't think we've seen how long she can keep the spell going from her perspective. I'd guess at least a few minutes, but for all we know it could be hours.
I suspect if she surprises herself too much, the spell will break.
Apocalypse: Dirge Of Swans.Or maybe the more she uses it, the longer it can last. Still, feels like the joke is starting to get stretched a bit.
Reminder: Offscreen Villainy does not count towards Complete Monster.Thought I'd put that up already.
I think Pandora's last statement is correct.
Creed of the Happy Pessimist:Always expect the worst. Then, when it happens, it was only what you expected. All else is a happy surprise. Those borders did not work at all. Had to read the commentary. And huh, I guess we don't know much about Rhoda.
Writer, or something. And... a button? 🖲️Sarah really hasn't experimented with her power much, has she? One gets the impression she hasn't used it at all except when we were watching.
Which... might be the case, depending what the timeline looks like, but Pandora's two visits to her didn't come across like they were back to back.
So she's basically a lucid dreamer in a dream of reality. Neat.
Dopants: He meant what he said and he said what he meant, a Ninety is faithful 100%.Shive on twitter is using insistent terminology. I'd like to say it's more like a fully active imagination working on overdrive. Hopefully without the accidental self inflicted schizophrenia that comes from this sort of thing.
Apocalypse: Dirge Of Swans.Sarah's expletive is @#$. It's three symbols starting with @ and ending in $. She just said, "Holy ass!"
I don't think Shive has much experience swearing, because that's not a thing.
My Tumblr. Currently liveblogging Haruhi Suzumiya and revisiting Danganronpa V3.I've always wanted to make a character that frequently spouts totally uncensored profanity, and then at one point just give them a paragraph or so that's completely blocked out and leave everyone wondering what the fuck they just said.
Well, I've been wearing crucifixes all my life...
Dopants: He meant what he said and he said what he meant, a Ninety is faithful 100%.Wouldn't the cross block any view of Jesus' butt?
Grammatically unusual curses like "holy ass" are my favorite kind, though! "What the balls" is another good one.
Well, "what the __" can have just about anything filled in the blank and be amazing.
she her hers hOI!!! i'm tempeReasoning! Of a sort.
Creed of the Happy Pessimist:Always expect the worst. Then, when it happens, it was only what you expected. All else is a happy surprise.Yay pointless filler in NP.
Apocalypse: Dirge Of Swans.Okay, this one I have to object to. That NP is neither pointless nor filler.
Rhoda explaining her reasoning for attempting a rather odd stunt as well as why it's going to get a resolve power up that allows her to shrink clothing, an ability which heretofore had eluded her is the precise opposite of pointless filler. It lets us in on her character, her motivation, and why it's going to work(probably) in a markedly concise 3 panels. Just skipping to her using new aspects of her power with no explanation why, or why she wanted to in the first place would be sheer hackery in my book.
Creed of the Happy Pessimist:Always expect the worst. Then, when it happens, it was only what you expected. All else is a happy surprise.Well, some people are of the school that grawlix should match one-for-one with the swear it replaces, but there are plenty of arguments that it shouldn't, including the fact that being able to narrow down the specific obscenity used kinda defeats the purpose of using it. So I personally take no stance on what curse word Sarah has used, other than to venture that it's probably not in Rapa Nui.
Reminder: Offscreen Villainy does not count towards Complete Monster.Well, the other end of the scale is to replace one of the vowels with an asterisk so it's f*cking obvious what the word you censored is, which generally renders the f*cking censorship f*cking pointless.
Yeah, but that one's less about censorship and more about habit. At least when I do it. The word looks prettier with an asterisk.
DON'T JUDGE ME I'M A DRAGON MOTHERF*CKER I'LL EAT YOUR VILLAGE
Ahem. I mean. To each their own.
My favorite censored word is asshole. I've heard it so many times censored as "Ass(bleep)". Because clearly the "hole" is the objectionable part of the word.

My Tumblr. Currently liveblogging Haruhi Suzumiya and revisiting Danganronpa V3.It's like how people will censor the "god" in "goddamn".
Well, the censorship of "god" in "goddamn" makes sense, because that is the offensive part of the phrase to a few religions. For Catholics, for example, the idea of calling upon God's power to send someone or something to Hell is a huge deal and should only be invoked in extreme cases (like walking in on someone murdering a family member). It's not the act of damning someone that bothers them, it's the calling upon God to do so that bothers them. Thus, if you are inclined to censor, that's what you would censor. I believe that Judaism has a different taboo (about writing the name of God) that would also encourage its members to censor "god" out of "goddamn."
That said, censoring "hole" from "asshole" makes sense only if you think that, by censoring it, you make it sound like people are calling each other donkeys, when nobody believes that.
Reminder: Offscreen Villainy does not count towards Complete Monster.Maybe it's because [beep]hole actually sounds a bit worse.
Switching "bodies" resets/extends the time limit of the spell. (Sarah wouldn't have been able to know this since her prior experiments with the spell only involved a single switch.)
Expergiscēre cras, medior quam hodie. (Awaken tomorrow, better than today.)
