@ rikalous: Nice Discworld reference.
The only things Tweedle has going for him at the moment is he's a lot smarter than he lets on, and Grandma says he and Tarvek are the only viable family members for the Lightning Throne. I doubt even Seffie would stand at his side if the dice didn't roll his way too many times.
I'm thinking maybe something like Errant Story, where part of the clues to where the 'gods' (long story) were hiding out is in one library, and the other half was in an entirely different library (in a city where the Church was the be all and end all, yet). If Agatha can't find all of what she needs in Paris, clues may indicate that she needs to go to England for the rest.
She might want to lay off the death rays for the next few days, though.
Coming back to where you started is not the same as never leaving. -Terry PratchettColette's smiles are getting on my nerves.
Ah, but remember that Agatha engenders loyalty. Three days? That's enough to get all of Paris behind her. Didn't she have them all with those big hats?
Page is up. It does look like Agatha isn't the only Heterodyne who builds Interesting Little Bots. And the latest one has Bells and Whistles, too.
Wonder if Agatha can repurpose them?
Hm, on reflection, that might be a dingbody that Agatha built to house the Castle fragment after extraction, rather than having been that way originally.
That was my assumption as well.
Ohmigosh, the castle is adorable.
And yeah, big surprise... The princess is in another castle. I've been thinking about her three day time limit... It makes sense. If Paris was that helpful, why would she move on? Though there are other things brewing that could drive her on... Gil, Krosp, the Sturmvarious...
Speaking of whom, I'd give a lot to know just what his Feline Majesty is up to right now. And that really is a hoot. Now Agatha has an evil genius comedian dingbot and a voracious raging dingbot at her side. Whoever gets in her way next is going to be in trouble!
If it moves, eat it. If it doesn't move, kick it—then eat it!I think Agatha built the new DK dingbot (DKbot?); and I am impressed that she got it so much smaller than the previous body. I love her interaction with it, and wonder how it will get along with the Beastbot.

Now taking predictions regarding the future significance of Chewie and Castle Bit, with side bets on how many other cleverbots will be joining them along the way...
Seriously, though, I really get the feeling this is going somewhere. The dingbots became an army on more than one occasion, and Agatha didn't even build them with that in mind. Now she's got these two to act as dingbots generals? I think her tiny creations are going to become a serious force somewhere down the line.
A sci-fi story and a fantay story walk into a literal bar...Prediction (general, not about the dingbots): Agatha will be told that there's someone in England who can help her. After having some more dealings with Tweedle's family, she'll go there, meet Mr/Ms Time Expert and learn that she'll need to do something with the Monolith Gate in the Red Cathedral. For that, she'll need a working copy of another one, which will send her to Africa/Skifandar/City of Silver Light, probably with Circus-member Embi in tow.

Written Ember — Yeeeah... I have no idea. There's kind of an ominous thing with the dingbots self-propagating, taking potentially necessary bits of Castle Heterodyne...
I expect the Beast will be given a purpose eventually. D Kbot might just be a mobile proxy. The castle is a fun and moderately important character, and as is, we're dependant on Gil going into Mechanicsburg to see it.
Probably having to do with too much wine not enough sleep;
A Study On Dingbots and the Underlying Meaning Thereof—Or, How a Spark's Breakthrough Defines Their Larger Purpose
There has been some side-talk aobut breakthroughs of sparks and it's been said that a spark's breakthrough will sometimes also be the deaht of said spark (especially 'country-sparks' with no training). so let's look at our three known sparks and see what conclusions we cna draw.
Gil: His breakthrough is unknown but it could be zoing. zoing is certainly one of his older creations. Gil created life, but it was helpful and somewhat harmless and cute (as far as we know). Also, emphatically likes girls, is a bit of a brash romantic (mirroring the master).
Tarvek: Tarvek's breakthrough could have been Anevka's body; he was young enough for it and had enough motivation. Tarvek didn't create life, he saved a life that was precious to him, but indoing so, created a monster.
Which brings us to Agatha: Created intelligence and sapience, if not biological life, and in a way, made the purest creation. biological life is harder to fix in some ways, can come to and end if squished enough. robots like the dingbots are self-replicating and so in that way can't really die, and, like the jagers, are able to fix each other to carry on until the Master or Mistress can come and give them a real tune-up. So Agatha's creation is life, which serves her bidding (one of the few creations to do so in story, end-page punchlines aside), which is harder to destroy and can't feel pain (less cruel that way, I'd say).
I know there's more here but brain is fuzzing out from newborn days. Discuss. Or don't.
zzzzzz
DoodlesShe re-created or replicated the Spark. That's probably special.
The castlebot is cuuuuuuute.
The aglets of Agatha's enemies will know terror and pain before they will be devoured.
So off to England to see what trouble she can get into with Her Undying Majesty. After the party of course, which hopefully will involve unpoisoned cake and which may or may not either delay her further or earn her a new team member.
All I know is, my gut says maybe.I am desperate to see this party.
She will have to go shopping first. She can't possibly show up there looking like a lab rat, even if she is one. And there is still the matter of Violetta's pretty dress that needs to be addressed.
All I know is, my gut says maybe. If we just finally meet Grandma, I will be happy.
Oh Yes. Tradition demands that the leader of a large organisation of backstabbers looks like the sweetest old lady possible, so I suspect she will be more of a Gkika-Model.
All I know is, my gut says maybe.Wooster has had 2 1/2 years to think about the problem.
As a 007 expy, shouldn't he know the most talented and potentially useful British Sparks, at least by reputation?
I just remembered the Dreen Prophecy. If Gil will be in Paris too, Agatha can't leave that fast. But then he works with Seffie or possibly Grandma via Seffie, so maybe he is invited to the party too.
All I know is, my gut says maybe.Actually, I don't think the Dreen ever specified they'd be there at the same time....
The red 'crime tape' in the background strikes me as really funny for some reason. And since Sparks are involved, I'm wondering if it's "just" tape.
Awwww, little Kestle has an organ-pipe hat!
Last panel: Well, that was... abrupt. I was expecting at least another week of Water Temple runaround.
Coming back to where you started is not the same as never leaving. -Terry Pratchett
Nah it is more likely he is experimenting with food as outside her royal majesty nobody has the noggin to keep up.
The only person besides him is likely to be his minder.
