Yuck. <finds wire wool for her brain>
For some reason, when I think of Agatha's upcoming encounter with Locochewy, I think back to her random monster encounter in the Tower of Storms, and wonder if it's going to be along the lines of, "I am Agatha Heterodyne. What do you want?"
...Living in GG-world must be worse than the craziest RPG ever at times.
Coming back to where you started is not the same as never leaving. -Terry PratchettAny Homestuck fans here? I find myself thinking of Tweedle's reactions to Agatha lately as "black crush".
I don't think Tweedle would actually like Lu. She's... the sort of person he's used to dealing with, so they'd probably understand each other, but he's also got good reason to know that kind of person is dangerous.
@Candi Glad you liked the fossils :)

I suspect that Lu and Tweedle could provide a very interesting challenge for Gil.
Like her? No. But he has already been admonished for being too much of a romantic and resolved to do what is necessary regardless My impression from his talk with Rerich was that he currently operates under the assumption that he lives in a world of monsters anyway. And both would be convinced that they can control the other one.

All I know is, my gut says maybe.I don't see it as romantic, though, and I thought that's what you were talking about with a "second love triangle". I expect he could work with her, although he might kill her instead (she's smarter than him and has access to more resources). I'm not sure I could even see it as sexual. Tweedle hasn't shown any inclination to use sex as a weapon, or to focus on it for its own sake, and he's got too much pride to be Lu's toy.
I wonder if Seffie knows where Luvenka is?
Coming back to where you started is not the same as never leaving. -Terry PratchettAs far as Tweedle romance goes, I've been quietly shipping him with Pinky since he first showed his true colors. They deserve each other. Agatha falling for him I put slightly below that one Jaeger who bet on himself in Mechanicsburg.
Blackrom, hm. Tweedle doesn't really seem to show much animosity towards Agatha, unless memory fails. He'll use her or crush her if it gets him what he wants, but it's not personal.

Maybe not animosity exactly, but I think since hearing about Euphrosynia and Androicus from Rerich he's had the idea that it was sort of blackrom between them. He wants to prove himself to Agatha, now he's paying attention to her feelings at all, even if it's to prove himself a bigger monster.
Tweedle/Zola... They're so much on the same page they'd just be worse together for everyone else because they could back each other up.
I'm on board with the "Zola lobotomizes Tweedle into a zombie love slave, then accidentally drinks the love potion he left out for her, and they live together happily ever after as brain dead idiots devoted to each other" ship.
That is probably the olnly happy ending for either of those two that I could get behind.
Agreed. It's the sort of ending they richly deserve.
If it moves, eat it!I... wouldn't mind that ending, actually, so long as someone kindly provided food, shelter, and necessary care for this mentally disabled couple. Perhaps they might occasionally have guests who need to see what becomes of those who make themselves enemies of the Triad Empire.

'May you live in interesting times.'- Chinese curseIt's kind of a waste of interesting villians, though I don't care that much about Zola, simply because I find her less fun to watch.
Tweedle, in any case, is guilty only of things most of his family is guilty of (attempting to take someone's free will), with the only difference really being that he tried it on Agatha. And it didn't even work. I can get behind Agatha wishing all sorts of things on him, but I don't really wish them on him myself. Not unless his whole family (and especially the older generation who didn't grow up with this) suffers too.
Until we find out about Grandma, we really can't close out our judgement of that family.
Tweedle and Zola would be too damn scary together. The worst part is it would ultimately be destructive, with them turning on each other if they have no enemies to focus on that require both of them.
Tweedle's a first-class jerk, but at least he's a complex first-class jerk. Zola seems less complex and more annoying, and I really hope she's still stuck in Mechanicsburg. Both of them right now would be too much.
Coming back to where you started is not the same as never leaving. -Terry PratchettKhilari- I can't speak for other people, but I tend to exaggerate a lot when I talk of wishing a horrible fate on the Villains. I joke about it a lot and will continue to do so, but I would be very upset and unsatisfied if the Foglios actually decided to make Tweedle and Zola brain-dead lovebirds.
It's a hilarious idea to play with in the fandom, though!

I admittedly hadn't thought about Tweedle/Lu sexually. I imagine the knowledge that it is Auntie Lucrezia could put a dampener on Tweedle's possible desire. Although, if she is prepared to stay the Heterodyne princess, and promises not to cause too many scandals, he would probably take her in dynastic marriage, should she hypothetically get full and permanent control. It would, if nothing else, be an exciting marriage.
My current completely unfounded prediction for Zola is that she ends up as queen of the Lu-hive.

All I know is, my gut says maybe.Lu personally or her being part of a previous generation? Because I'm not sure I get the impression he'd back off Euphrosynia...
I thought being part of his father's generation and having a lot to do with with the family. It probably makes her kind of an elder relative, emotionally. Whether Euphrosynia would register as such, I don't know. He never met her.

All I know is, my gut says maybe.Sorry, I'll... well, I don't know how I can tell, since some people do mean it, but I'll try to bear in mind that you don't in future.
Yeah, he'd probably marry her if she was willing to play the role he expects of a Heterodyne Princess whether he really wanted to or not.
There are just so many ways that could go wrong. Lu, Aggie, whoever. Particularly since Tweedle does seem to have a few blind spots, that take running a train through to knock aside.
(Sorry...)
Coming back to where you started is not the same as never leaving. -Terry PratchettI never said it was a smart thing for him to want
http://www.girlgeniusonline.com/comic.php Touch me never! That had to hurt. Agatha does put her hips into it.
I don't really see the possibility of a second love-triangle. At least not with Tweedle and Agatha. Tweedle and Lu on the other hand could possibly get along like a house on fire
All I know is, my gut says maybe.
