There were at least two Uchiha who were students of a Hokage (Obito and Kagami), though admittedly Minato wasn't Hokage while Obito was his student, IIRC, but there's also the fact that they were given the Military Police, meaning they had effective control of the civilian population of the village, AKA the guys with all the money to pay for missions, so...

And also, their being power hungry dicks predates Konoha and Madara, and goes all the way back to Indra.

Or they'd claim Obito is a traitor to the clan who surrendered to the 'Senju' teachings or something equally stupid.

Which also had Kagami's generation not rebelling and no revolution happening until Obitio died.

The tablet was originally a forewarning to the dangers of Kaguya and power madness but Black Zetsu basically made it into a recipe book on how to become more powerful by being a murderous backstabbing monster.
