Wow that's a pretty good piece of fridge horror really. I like it.
"I am Alpharius. This is a lie."why not both?
Eh, I just don't think it's supposed to double as criticism.
Yeah, it's not a flaw within the story because presumably Itachi didn't know Kakashi and Tobi were sharing an MS.
Also just realized that Itachi implanted Naruto and Sasuke with sharingan fail-safes and neither of them worked the way he intended.

"You can't change the world without getting your hands dirty."It's true. There's no realistic way in which Itachi could have known that Kakashi would have Tobi's Mangekyo, because Itachi didn't know Tobi = Obito.
However, this is Christachi, so he probably did know that, but also knew that Sasuke would not see Kakashi's Mangekyo before his trap on Tobi was sprung. Because Itachi that's why.
himitsu keisatsu seifu chokuzoku kokka hoanbu na no da himitsu keisatsu yami ni magireru supai katsudou torishimariI never thought of that, good catch whoever did.
It's one of the few things that at first looks like a plothole, but then you figure it out and you realize that it isn't a plothole because while it's stupid from an outside perspective, in-universe it is rather easily explainable.
Acting with In-Character knowledge, the only downside to this that Itachi should have thought about is that it might not be enough to kill Tobi, and that it might just happen to piss him off which could result in him killing Sasuke thinking that Sasuke attacked him.
himitsu keisatsu seifu chokuzoku kokka hoanbu na no da himitsu keisatsu yami ni magireru supai katsudou torishimariDid he have a reason to think it wouldn't kill him? I don't think Itachi knew about...whatever Obito did to stay alive.
And even if he did, I doubt Obito would kill him over that. Remember, he had a lot of plans for Sasuke that... really didn't end up amounting to anything.

Well considering Ametarasu's track record, the fail-safe probably would have always failed.
"I am Alpharius. This is a lie."Itachi is supposed to be smart. Smart enough to realize that if a simple Surprise Amaterasu could have killed Tobi, he could have probably done it himself rather than lay a trap like that.
himitsu keisatsu seifu chokuzoku kokka hoanbu na no da himitsu keisatsu yami ni magireru supai katsudou torishimariMaybe he thought it had to be a really surprising surprise. Like Tobi would constantly be on guard if he knew Itachi was anywhere in the vacinity, but wouldn't be if his idiot little brother was the only one there.
I think we should start questioning how smart Itachi was. Seriously I think the guy's just fucking balls to the walls nuts but everyone's so up his own ass they dont see the man's fucking insane.
"I am Alpharius. This is a lie."They're so far up his ass that not even him dying, coming back and saying, "No dudes really, I wasn't that good" could remove them.
Uchiha's, man. I bet their psycho brain chakra transmits like a virus, don't let them sneeze on you.

"You can't change the world without getting your hands dirty."So Kabuto, then? No wonder they let him become a nun, his heroism was to inspire all the poor orphans and genetic clone freakazoids.

Naruto attested he punched all the evil out of him, and since Gaara went from talking to his dead mom about how much he wants to kill people to kissing babies and having non-creepy facial expressions within two years of Naruto punching him in the face nobody can call bullshit very convincingly.
Also, he made Zabuza cry. Nobody wants to disagree too loudly with the guy who made Zabuza cry.
Nobody wants to be made to cry like a bitch, yeah.
himitsu keisatsu seifu chokuzoku kokka hoanbu na no da himitsu keisatsu yami ni magireru supai katsudou torishimariI'm 52 minutes into The Last (watching through the boring part of Thanksgiving between turkey and pie, pie interrupted at 52 mins). Right after the part where Hinata elects to go away with Toneri. It reminds me of the plot of One Piece Strong World in that regard, where Nami expressed a poor lack of Genre Savvy by trying to sacrifice herself in the belief that her allies would not be able to handle the challenge (although that was subverted, since Nami knew they were going to come after her anyway, which begs the question of why she didn't just give Shiki the finger).
Anyway, it should be well-explained why she thought to sacrifice herself, unless it's that one vision she saw making her think she has to go with him or humanity will get wiped out.
Otherwise it's been a good view so far, a compendium of Naruhina moments and delicious awkwardness between them.
Finished it, that explained things better. A bit over-the-top at the end, but that was positive.
It's going to be rough going back to filler-fest after watching this.

Kinda hilarious how COMPLETELY UNRELATED the new opening is to the fillers.
Secret SignatureIs it still in Tsunade reads a book filler? I stopped watching after the fourth one.

Oh yeah. From what i've heard, it goes on at least until the New Year.
Damn clowns. Want to watch the world burn through the power of filler.
