** ''WebOriginal/ArknLegacy'' (Universe X): [[GodOfEvil De'ebolus]], the first [[Characters/ArknLegacyHetheOtherEntities Hethe]] and progenitor of the Dekn, is the GreaterScopeVillain. A cruel god that emerged from a dimensional rift in [[WebOriginal/ArknUnity Universe A]], De'ebolus entertained himself by playing with the lives of his own creations, starting the war between the Arkn and Dekn [[ForTheEvulz solely to satiate his boredom]] and worsening the situation whenever possible. Arriving in the new universe at the cost of losing his position to another Hethe, De'ebolus quickly returns to his old habits by causing an apocalyptic event that exposed the population of an entire Seed to otherworldly energy and forcibly mutated the survivors, recreating the Dekn in his own way and teaching them all manners of violence to make them wage war against the Arkn yet again.

* InternetBackdraft: [=TypeONegative=] and [=FeralWasteland=]'s decision to leave the Mythos in the fall of 2016 (due to what can charitably be called CreativeDifferences). The announcement resulted in a great deal of anger and harassment from fans -- some longtime viewers of their respective series who felt "cheated" out of a conclusion, others who blamed them for "killing the Arkn Mythos" (despite the fact that, at the time, there were still a number of creators producing content), and some who accused them of being "mean" to [=DeathlyLogic=] (due to some [[Administrivia/RuleOfCautiousEditingJudgment less than complimentary statements]] the two made about their former co-creator). * TroubledProduction: A number of vlogs and blogs set in the War Chronicles and the Winter Saga were delayed due to disagreements between the creators (namely, disputes regarding various plot points in the Arknthology and how various characters fit into it).
