* SeinfeldIsUnfunny: The 3D effects were the most visually stunning for their time back when this show made its debut in 1996. However, as 3D technology improved and became more commonplace over the course of the 2000s, with James Cameron's own ''Film/{{Avatar}}'' considered the pinnacle, T2-3D began to look cheap and primitive by comparison.

* UnintentionalPeriodPiece: The performance, specifically the original pre-show, which talks about all of the fascinating new technologies that Cyberdyne is working on. Problem is, it first opened in 1996, and it was not updated for a ''very'' long time. Most people watching this pre-show probably have smartphones in their pockets and purses, and various gadgets in their homes, that can put to shame the "advanced" computers and robotics on display. To say nothing of the cameo by Shaquille O'Neal. Universal eventually closed the attraction at the Hollywood park in 2012 partly for this reason[[note]]Though the fact that Creator/ArnoldSchwarzenegger's years as the Governator had made him a very controversial figure in California also had something to do with it.[[/note]], and in 2015, they finally updated the pre-show for the Orlando attraction to do away with the more dated elements and give it [[EverythingIsAnIPodInTheFuture a more modern aesthetic]]. Not that it helped much; the Orlando version closed down just two years later. The original version is still open at the Japan park for anyone who wants to make like Kyle Reese and go back in time twenty years.
