*** As shown by the one and only Uzume lover Senpai Blade, this is ''even more'' of a game breaker if you use this tactic as Dreamcast Segami when in the Limit Breaker formation. Hell, even the FinalBoss can be damn near one shot!

** The game use the same system as ''[[VideoGame/HyperdimensionNeptuniaVictory Victory/Re;birth3]]'' on regaining SP: by hitting enemies. The problem is that SP regeneration is ''extremely'' tedious. You only gain 1 SP per normal hit, and 30 SP if and only if you kill enemies with your charge attack, or else you won't gain any SP. It's also impossible to purchase SP Charger group of items (they can only be gained by breaking objects in dungeon), and the only purchasable SP recovery items (which also includes HP recovery) are prohibitively expensive. In general, SP recovery skill is an absolute must for any character that can take it.

* HarsherInHindsight: At one point, Neptune mentions that they didn't bother recording an exposition scene and blames it on union issues. What was already a touchy subject (the dubs of the ''Neptunia'' games are notorious for having most scenes not voiced, due to NoBudget) became even more uncomfortable when it was revealed that starting with ''VideoGame/CyberdimensionNeptunia4GoddessesOnline'', Creator/ErinFitzgerald would no longer be playing Noire due to Idea Factory's dubs being non-union.

** One that incurred an ThisIsGonnaSuck moment from the party as well. Iris Heart possessed is a plain nightmare. In addition to having strong attacks with both an Area of Effect and a paralyzing effect, she can one-shot any unprepared character with her T.Blade Kick. The painful thing about this fight is she is faster, tougher and more powerful than Sega Saturn.

* ItsShortSoItSucks: A common complaint about the game. Getting to the True Ending takes a mere 15-20 hours, and OneHundredPercentCompletion can be achieved in less time than it takes to do a straightforward run of any of the mainline games.

* ThatOneAchievement: Maxing out everyone's Lily Ranks with each other returns once again! However it's actually mitigated compared to other games in that there are only 10 characters, everyone can learn a skill to increase Lily Rank building in one of their Classes, the max Lily Rank is 5, there's a formation specifically geared towards Lily Rank building, and Symbol Crusher makes each battle trivial. Done on the right map, everyone's Lily Ranks can be maxed out before or around the same time they max out their Classes.

** You can only have IF or Segami as your party leader, and subsequently they're the only ones you can run around the field as. It's disappointing for those who want to run around as one of the Sega Hard Girls.

* GameBreaker: The "Item Insurance" DLC plan. Not only does it guarantee a 100% drop rate from monsters every time you defeat one (and can be combined with IF and Sega Saturn's class skills to steal items on top of earning them as drops), but destroying a breakable item will reward the player with ''every'' item that could have potentially come from the object without the plan at once! This makes practically every TwentyBearAsses quest in the game absolutely ''trivial''!

* ThatOneBoss: Sega Saturn. With her powerful, group-hitting magical attacks, she can easily wipe out an ill-prepared party long before they can even do any significant damage. While the first fight against her is optional (as the party can fight Purple Heart instead), the second fight against an even stronger version is required!

**Dreamcast's Dreamblade EXE Drive, especially combined with the Charge skill from Mega Drive's second class. Simply have Mega Drive use Charge to triple Dreamcast's next move as well as a STR/VIT debuff on the enemy, use a STR Booster on Dreamcast, go into Fever, and use Dreamblade and watch as just about any boss in the game goes down in one hit, Sega Saturn and Possessed Iris Heart included. Even if the first hit doesn't do it, you should be able to use it once more (twice if you have Segami transform into Dreamcast and just take the other two members out to minimize turn skipping), which will almost certainly kill the opponent.
