* ImprovedSecondAttempt: "No Lessons Learned" is an homage to the {{Series/Seinfeld}} finale, but the general consensus is they did it better for several reasons:
** First, the crime Larry was on trial is actually a crime, albeit a frivolous one to convict someone for, but not the outrageously and not even illegal crime the Seinfeld crew was on trial for.
** Second, Larry is given a fair chance to give his side of events towards the people he wronged.
** Third, while the judge clearly gave an unreasonably harsh sentence off principle, the verdict is overturned due to a technicality, so the unfairness is rendered moot.

* IdiotPlot: Season 10's main plot, which is kicked off when a robber tries hitting Larry's house but falls into and dies in his pool due to the lack of fencing. This is despite [[AssholeVictim the victim's death occurring while he was robbing Larry's house]], the blame lying more on the prior owner who neglected to set up the fence when the law passed (which combined with Larry's genuine ignorance about the law got him off with only a warning from the incident's responding officer), the possibility of a countersuit for extortion (which Larry has physical evidence of), and his incredible wealth allowing him to get far superior legal representation, or even just settling out of court with a hefty payout which he can absolutely afford.
