** Wild Dog hates [[FantasticRacist powered people]], even though he doesn't have a problem working with Ragman. However, Rory is a completely normal person on his own, his powers come from [[ClothesMakeTheSuperman his suit]]. Wild Dog might not like superpowers, but he loves weapons.
* FunnyBackgroundEvent: A meta example: one of the waiters in the big party scene is played by an actor who clearly decided to make the most of his on-screen time. He is practically dancing with his silver tray full of champagne.

* AuthorsSavingThrow: The implications that Oliver is still in love with Laurel, and the fact that ''Laurel'', not Felicity, is his ideal lover in the LotusEaterMachine, is this for those who felt that [[FanPreferredCouple Oliver should've ended up with Laurel instead]], especially after Felicity adopted the many traits Laurel had in Seasons 1 and 2 that made their initial romance so hated during her romance with Oliver.

old shame of mine; It fails the sustained criterion.

* BrokenBase: Sara claiming she prefers girls is either a blatant retcon and an offensive example of [[NoBisexuals bisexual erasure]] or it means that she just prefers girls over boys but still likes both.

** Oliver band Sara became heroes after leaving (or at least what they believe is) their perfect world and Laurel behind. In order to finally break free from the LotusEaterMachine, they leave their "perfect world" and "Laurel" behind.

** Wild Dog blaming Supergirl's appearance for the Dominators' appearance, despite the fact that she was brought to their Earth to stop the Dominators
** Related to both of the above, Wild Dog's grudge against superpowers lasts for pretty much no time and is resolved ridiculously easily.

Dominators ''after'' the heroes ended up finding out about their existence.
** Related to both of the above, Wild Dog's grudge against superpowers lasts for pretty much no time and is resolved ridiculously easily. This is compounded by the fact that [[CompressedVice he didn't seem to have any problem working with Ragman]].

If that were enough, why would Slade and Darhk show up, not to mention the H.I.V.E. Ghost and the Mirakuru soldier? It's not based on what actually happened, but on taking threats from their real memories.

** Ra's Al-Ghul not appearing in the virtual reality makes sense as Sara and Oliver would have never met him if they never ended up on the island and this also means that Sara never had a relationship with Nyssa which also explains her absence.
