* TooBleakStoppedCaring: Considering how the main character is a full-blown monster and the actual good guys of the situation are stuck in a war that is only getting bleaker and bleaker for them, it's hard to care for anyone in this story.

** Konohaji's fate is worse however. [[spoiler: Rather than get experimented on, she is forced to watch as all the villagers and the people she loved get transformed into deformed abominations, all while being physically and mentally brutalized by Naruto. In the end she is trapped with the remnants of her villagers in a pit and due to what happened earlier, she is unable to die of old age.]] Little wonder when Ichigo found her, she was nothing more than an EmptyShell.
