Once upon a time, there was a precocious little bookworm of a child. Growing up, she reveled in the smell and feel of books, hardcover and soft. At an early age she experienced the glory of speculative fiction, the thrills of fantasy, eddies in the space-time continuum* , and frankly a LOT of content that should have been kept on a high shelf out of the reach of a seven year old farm girl.
